Bought It For My 3 Year Old! Definitely Recommend So Cute!

Probably too big for most toddlers
This is a very cute helmet! It has little antennae with suction cups on the ends so you can put them anywhere on the helmet. It also comes with some adhesive pads to stick them on more permanently. It has the dial ratcheting system for size adjustment, which I love. While the ratcheting system gets small enough for my 3-year-old, the helmet feels very wide on her, so that the chin straps have to come in from very far away. My 3yo is a little above average in size, wearing mostly 4T clothes. The fit is ok, but not great. It actually fits my 11-year-old just fine! I’d probably recommend it for more like ages 5-6+.

My 2 year old loves it
I have 2 and 3 year old and they both can wear same size hat. Easy to adjust and they love the bug design. The play little bugs on the bike games. Comfortable, fits different sizes, light weight and good quality.

good helmet but the antenna don't stick as well as my daughter would like.
I ordered this helmet for my four year old daughter. She is very adventurous on her bike, roller skates, scooter and skateboard so a good helmet is a must. The adjustments on this are very simple and it fits her very well once adjusted correctly. It seems very comfortable as she doesn’t complain at all when wearing it. This helmet comes with little antennas which my daughter loves but they do not stay on well. They suction on but fall off very easily, and we have already lost one as a result. They also come with some adhesive stickers to stick them on but that does not work either as the base of the antenna are not flat. This has been a bit frustrating for my daughter, but overall this helmet still serves the most important purpose which is keeping her head safe.

Over sized helmet
Oder this for my grandson for his little trycicle. Fits too big and unable to adjust like it shows on the instructions.

Cute, but antennae won't stay on
I ordered this helmet for my daughter because it seemed like a fun helmet for her cycling adventures. While I love the overall quality and design of the helmet, there are a couple of drawbacks that prevent me from giving it a full five stars.First, the age range specified is so large that it can be tricky to know how well it will fit. It's too large for my 2.5 year old and likely won't fit her properly until she's older, I'm assuming around 4 years old. I adjusted the straps to fit, but it was still too loose for her to wear safely. It was a little disappointing since I was hoping she could start using it right away and the color matches her new bike perfectly, but we'll just keep it on hand until she grows into it. I purchased a similar helmet advertised as fitting 2-6yr olds and it fits perfectly, so by the time she grows out of that one it should be an easy transition to this helmet.Second, the little antennae are what really attracted me to this helmet - they are so cute and fun, but they proved to be a bit of a letdown. No matter what we tried, we couldn't get them to stay attached to the helmet. It comes with adhesive stickers that they are supposed to stick to, but they just fall off after only a few minutes. The adhesive sticks to the helmet just fine, but the antennae don't stick to the adhesive. The bottom where they are supposed to 'stick' is suction cup like - so I think that might be preventing them from truly sticking well to the adhesive. My husband said he can use liquid nails or a stronger glue to attach them, but I don't think you should have to resort to that (and it'd be super permanent and damage the helmet if my daughter ever decided she didn't want them anymore). Anyway, this obviously doesn't affect the helmet's safety or functionality, but the antennae was one of the main reasons I ordered the helmet to begin with.Despite these issues, the helmet itself is well-made and offers good protection. The adjustable straps and ventilation are nice features, and once my daughter grows into it, I'm sure it will serve its purpose well. And we'll probably end up gluing the antennae on permanently and calling it a day. Overall, it's a cute, protective helmet and earns a solid four stars.

Comfy and functional!
We grabbed this helmet for our little guy who's finally taking an interest in his outdoor wheeled toys - the scooter and bike, namely. This helmet has proven to be a great piece-of-mind for me as he flies off down the sidewalk, and - perhaps most importantly - our little guy is pleased to wear it!The overall design is just as advertised, with a foam core and padding on the inside, and a fun matted orange cover on the outside. The straps are easily adjustable to fit different (smaller) heads, and the adjustment knob on the back does a perfect job of tightening the helmet around the temples. The helmet must be comfortable, because our boy actually enjoys wearing it, and even keeps it on long after he's dumped his wheels for something else. The antennae on top are a cute idea, but - in all fairness - I can't get them to stick on that well, so I've removed them both. This isn't much of an issue in my eyes, but - as a heads-up to other consumers and the manufacturer - there could be a better solution to this. Therefore, all considered (and despite the antennae), this is a fine helmet that looks like it'll have no problem protecting my boy's noggin for years to come, and at the price, it's a good value to boot!

Too big for my 27 month old.
The helmet is cute and seems sturdy. It is fairly easy to adjust but it's to big for my 2yr old. His head is within the size range but it slips around no matter how small I make it

Good Product
Have not used the helmet yet but it appears to be very well made and well worth the price paid. As others have noted, this probably will not fit a 2 year old and perhaps should not be advertised as such. It is still a little too large for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter but hopefully will in the near future. I am perplexed, as are many others, as to what the four black oval 'pads' are for that come attached to the helmet (see photo). I wrote to the supplier but I think that due to language issues, my question was misunderstood and they advised that they were for adhering the antennae to the helmet. I assume they confused what I was referring to with the 2 large clear plastic stickers that come with the antennae. If anyone knows what the small black oval pads are for, can you please explain to the rest of us?Follow up: After posting my first review, the manufacturer contacted me with an explanation as to what the four black oval 'pads' are for. If you look at the additional photo just added, the black pads are to replace the original pads under the star shaped padding at the inside top of the helmet, should they ever need replacing. Excellent customer service by the supplier/manufacturer. The mystery is solved!

great choice for toddlers
The Helmet is great, and perfect for protecting littles. It is very lightweight and the adjustable straps ensure it fits comfortably. I love fun design as well.

The antennae don't stay on
The product seems durable and of good quality which is key. However, the reason I got it was for the particular feature: the antennae. No matter if I use the stickers to stick them on or just the suction, they keep falling off. Also it is much too big and my son is 5. It keeps rolling back and not sturdy as it safely should be.
