Q: Does this product have free returns ?

No it does not , My wife tried it and it didn't fit placed it back in the bag , they charged a disinfecting fee and restocking fee which was around 10.00 dollars .

Q: How does this brace differ from the Push MetaGrip ( which costs $20 more)? thanks

We returned this brace and bought the Push. The CMC cut into the flesh at the inside base of my thumb. I was unable to wear it more than 5 min. The push is better but not perfect for my hand.
