Works well. After my wife gave birth to our second child, she lost a lot of sensitivity. I have tried a few different products for her, and this is the best. The price is a little high, but it is comparable to other similar products, and at least this one worked, so I got what I paid for. It also works on me, so it is not for women only.

Since every woman's clitoral response varies, I will share that this product is excellent for after "the change of life", when the libido is dorment. I use WOW! for self pleasuring, and it gets me where I need to go in less time than it usually does. I apply it directly to my clitoris, and pleasure away. I have tried many other similar products, and was very disappointed. WOW! comes in a small tube, and a "dap will do ya".

Not sure who rated this so high and gave it all the glowing reviews. Used it once and my wife hated it, said it really burned, and we threw it away. Totally not worth it, my guess is most of those reviews were people who work for the company that makes it.
