You can dress these up or down. I’m 170lbs and 5’5. I purchased the XL. I have thick thighs and the pants had the perfect amount of stretch. Length was great with the right amount of flare I like. Highly recommend.

These pants are totally a lululemon dupe I was shocked! Sooo buttery soft. I love how nice and high waisted they are. The only downside is they are slightly long for me as I am 5’3. But work well with sneakers! I will be buying more colors! I’m postpartum so these are so comfy around the belly and have such nice stretch. Go get this ladies

I am almost 5'8", and the 32" inseam just about hits the floor, which is precisely what I was looking for to be able to wear sneakers. The pants are super comfortable and thick, as expected with CRZ. However, they could be more compressive. I ordered a large as a US 10, so I could have sized down, but I didn't want them to be too tight, either. Great lounge and errand attire!
