Great belt clip
Great belt clip. It gives me access to the buttons as the transmitter will swivel. Stays on my belt just great. Some reviews mentioned that the screw didn't stay in place. I have not had that problem, but for safety I did attach a stretchy cord to the transmitter and clip the cord to my belt loop. This serves two purposes. Should the screw fail the transmitter won't hit the floor and when I release the transmitter from this belt clip should my fumbling hands fail the transmitter won't hit the floor. It's a win win! The transmitter is easy to release with just a push of the top button and sliding it out of the clip. When sliding back into the clip it will snap when in securely. It's a very thoughtful design. Some reviews thought it was cheaply made, but unless you are a gorilla I think the quality is just fine. Nothing against gorillas, mind you, but it would be like using a cooked strand of spaghetti as a Pit Bull leash and claiming the spaghetti was cheap quality when it broke.

Good product
I use this product every day but in less than a year I had to order another one. The connection point that goes into the saddle becomes week with time and breaks off. Other than that it is very useful and I like it because I use it every day with my service dog

Wouldn't recommend - second update
The second time I used this, the screw came out and I lost the piece that connects everything together. I saw others mention this issue but I thought I'd take my chances. Bad idea.Other reviews also mentioned that the unit broke and I could see that happening as soon as the unit snags on something. Two stars because it wasn't worth $10 to use it twice. More than one star because it's a clever and useful product and if it held together would definitely be worth it. [final update: ordered this twice and both times it was done for within the first or second use for two different reasons - down to one star since even though it's a great idea, it's not designed well and will quickly be a waste of money]First Update: Contacted the seller to see if they could send the small plastic part I lost when the screw came out. They could not, but offered to refund my purchase instead. Pretty solid customer service, but this rating is about the product.I'm going to re-order and this time, use thread lock as some others have mentioned. If it works, I'll be back to add another star. You shouldn't have to buy and use thread lock to prevent the issue, but if it works, the holder is quite useful.Second Update: On first use, the Educator popped right out of the holder hit the ground. Guess what? The little plastic piece broke!! So that's two times I've ordered, and both times, the product became useless on the first or second use. It's a great idea, but you will quickly be throwing it out (broken or lost pieces) or ordering another one.

Great belt clip but I wish it was more durable
I've been using this belt clip on my dog's Educator remote for nearly three years, and it has been great. Keeping the remote on my belt makes it easily accessible, and I've gotten so used to it that pressing the release button feels second nature.I haven't had any issues with the screw coming loose—just make sure it's properly torqued down. However, I’ve had to replace this clip three times because the round adapter that screws onto the remote keeps breaking. I wish this piece were metal instead of plastic for better durability. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but at under $12 (as of this review), it's not unreasonable. My last one lasted about two years, and considering I’m not exactly gentle with it, that's not too bad.

I LOVE this clip
I have found this clip VERY helpful for the Mini Educator remote. I LOVE this clip, nothing to hold - the remote is Always in the same position, no turning over the remote and looking for the button as I did when I had the wristlet or lanyard. This makes it so much easier.I do not clip mine to my hip as the other reviewer did and i do not have trouble walking through doorways or banging it against doors or walls.I clip mine to the top of my shirt or jacket on the neckline. I wear mine all day and it allows me be hands-free. I am also less apt to not have it with me when I need it most. You can also release the remote from the clip if you need to have it in your hand for any length of time. I recommend this clip for anyone who has a mini educator collar system

Great quality belt clip
I purchased the belt clip and the retractable lanyard for the mini educator. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted to use, but I ended up using both. The belt clip is perfect for clipping on to a pocket and keeping the remote in the same position for easy and quick usage. I didn’t like the belt clip actually being on my belt because I found it to be somewhat uncomfortable. It’s nice quality and feels secure on my pocket.

A bit chinsy, but very handy.
At first, I loved this clip, it made the remote for my Educator ET-1200UL so much more convenient, always in a place that is quick to grab, but not in the way. After only a week though, simply brushing up against a door frame with it on cause the plastic to crack. For a $23+ item, this re-purposed phone clip really left me disappointed. I do not quite understand why Einstein would produce such a poor quality product, so uncharacteristic of their typical high standards. (I LOVE my Educator ET-1200UL, it is the most sturdy, well thought out, high quality training collar and remote I have ever seen). The issue is the small round retainer that contains the attachment screw, that slides into a guide on the clip, this design makes any directional stress compound on the edges of this chinsy retainer, causing it to crack. The simple solution is either to change the design, or change the materials to metal.I plan to call E-Collar/Einstein to request a replacement, I will update based on their service to remedy the issue.UPDATE: One call to E-Collar/Einstein, which went straight to a real, live, english speaking person, and a new one was in the mail. There is still the quality problem, but at least the company is willing to make it better with great customer service!
