DK Eyewitness Paris Pocket Map and Guide (Pocket Travel Guide)

For my first time in Paris this was perfect. It is very small but has a pull-out map that was invaluable. We spent the first day just walking (around 18km) and was able to navigate from just this small map that fitted perfectly in to my jacket inner pocket. The rest of the book is great with lots of very useful information about each area, French language and what to do in an emergency. Perfect !!

This is a fabulous little book, the map inside and the metro map was invaluable when trying to navigate around Paris. I planned a tour using the map and the little bits of info about each landmark were also interesting when we got to each one. I always recommend friends to purchase these little guides if they are going to cities they don't know as they are just brilliant. The size is handy too as it easily fits in a handbag or a large pocket. Would highly recommend.

We have several books on France/Paris, and also a few maps to choose from. This gives both in a very compact format, and became our "go-to" choice on a recent visit to Paris. The information within is clear and concise, and was enough to enable us to choose best (new) places to visit.

Fantastically useful, referred to it over and over again during our 3-day visit. Saved us loads of time and money, can't recommend this guide highly enough.

Small but handy. Would have liked the map to cover a larger area, but the metro map went as far as I could have wished.

Ordered this for a trip to Paris for my 40th and this must be at the top of the list for the best purchase ever! Was sooooo helpful and we will always get one for all travel destinations 👍

I thought it would be A5 size but it was smaller. Map was fine and information on places was ok would have liked more info on prices and maybe places to eat. Just ok
