Mr. Pen- Washable Fabric Markers for Sewing, 5 Pack, Blue

perfect! Love everything by Mr. Pen. Such a great brand. The ink is amazing and you get so many pens with your purchase. It really does wash away right after you put it underwater, I just use sink water.

Great buy from a nice small business. Mine came with a little card thanking me and a note about their business. It marks fabric well and washes out easy. It also uses so little ink and doesnt really bleed that the 5 pack will last a long time.

These pens have a lot of ink, so they last a long time! However, because they put out so much ink, if you don’t plan on fully submerging your finished piece in water, the marks might reappear. I think it’s just because of how much ink the pen puts into the fabric. I wash all of my sewed goods in the washing machine on delicate, which fully removes the ink. I’ve never had any issues with staining using this method. I personally like that the pen outputs vibrant/saturated ink, but if you’re not planning on fully washing the piece, these might not be the best option for you.

Ink washed out very quickly and for the price they are worth it. The tip does not make as fine a line as the more readily available name brand. They leave a lot of ink and it takes a while for the ink to dry. A fresh mark will leave blue residue on your machine bed, presser foot and hands. It cleans up easily but it's something to be aware of.

I bought these for sewing purse liners for my beaded purses because I needed something reliable to mark where to sew. I did quite a bit of research beforehand and saw options like chalk and heat erasable pens, but people mentioned that chalk can be messy and sometimes wipes off too easily, and heat erasable pens can leave ghost marks or reappear in the cold. I specifically wanted something that would come out easily with water. When I found these, I was excited, but a few reviews said the ink did not wash out, which made me hesitant. I noticed, though, that many of those reviewers were putting items straight into the wash instead of rinsing the ink out first, so I made sure to rinse it out before washing. At first I was a little nervous because the blue is so bright, but it works so well! As shown in the video, it disappears almost instantly, and even darker marks rinse out within seconds. To be fair, I have only used it on 100 percent cotton so far, so I will update if I try other fabrics. But overall, I absolutely love it!!!

These are great! Glad I went with these instead of the pens. They mark very good on fabric and are so easy to take off, I usually wet a baby wipe and take it off super quick. Also it brings a pack of 5 so you’ll have enough for a while.

I was very disappointed with this product because it ruined my fabric. I used the blue fabric pen to draw lines on my fabric as a guide for sewing straight lines on a quilt I was making. Unfortunately, I didn’t mark the fabric correctly, so I decided to start over. The pen is advertised as non-permanent and washable, so I washed the fabric expecting the blue markings to disappear. The blue did wash out, but it left behind permanent brown marks where the pen had been. Now my fabric is ruined, and I’m unable to use it for my quilt. I purchased this product specifically because it was supposed to be washable and non-permanent. I am very disappointed with the results and would not recommend this product.

The best fabric marker for sewing I've found on Amazon. It washes out beautifully but lasts a long time without water, and the pens don't dry up like the purple ones I've bought before. I also like that you get more pens for the price. Excellent product!
