I always avoid products that have too many reviews. It usually suggests the seller is trying obfuscate the real reviews by gaming the system. I was looking at benches that cost a bit more, where the number of reviews was raising some concerns, so it did feel a little dubious taking a punt on this bench at this price but I'm glad I did. It's a solid little bench that is light weight but feel solild and folds up quite flat and meets my needs perfectly. My wife was happy when she came home and could hardly see it behind the boxing bag. I'm around 100kg and with weights, adding another 50 - 60kg and it feels study and safe enough to do dumbbell flys, press and pullovers, bent over rows etc. The padding feels like the right density, firm while being as comfortable as required. Someone commented that it would be good if the securing pin had string of something to secure them to the bench when putting it away, but I just fit the pins back in when folded and they seem secure enough for me (if you use the holes on the leg and not the bench). One caveat I can offer to a potential buyer, however, is that the plastic feet on this bench seem like the weak link here. I'm using my bench on a carpeted area, which may offer some more stability. If the bench was on a hard surface and you needed to rely on those feet adjustments to stabilise the bench, that could be an issue. But for my purposes, at this price, I'm super happy.

Been using this for a few months. Very good. Just what I needed, simple, easy to store, comfortable, durable. Great for a standard bench press that doesn't need over complication. Looks good too.

a really good sturdy little bench, pleased with it. and when i get fed up of lifting weights, its good to sit on to put on my socks ;-)

I have a home gym in my garden with a large, adjustable bench that has all the bells and whistles, etc, but I needed a foldable flat bench for the house. This bench was such a great price - I couldn't find one any cheaper or even at the same price. Very quick and easy to fold, which is great because I don't have the space to have it out 24/7, and it's just about the right size for me (I'm a 5"6 female, slender build). I can get my entire upper body on the seat, feet flat on the floor. I put it together quickly - no issues - quality is very good. Excellent foam support on the bench, nice quality PU leather and good, strong, sturdy build. Some reviews mentioned that there were issues with movement, but as I have it on a rug, I didn't experience any problems while doing push-ups, etc - it stayed put. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the struggle I've had getting one of the pins into place due to the holes not lining up perfectly. There is a lot you can do with a flat bench and a pair of dumbbells in a relatively small space, so this is perfect and a great supplement to my outdoor gym (which is currently too hot to use). Definitely recommend!

For the price I am really impressed with this item - I don’t do serious weights, and needed something foldable as we don’t have a lot of space - this is very well made and delivered much quicker than the estimated delivery - I can highly recommend

Bought this to use simply for flat bench press and bench-related weights exercise. Ideal for what I needed. Easy to put together and solid/sturdy. Some reviews did say it was on the short side and not long enough. I can see where they are coming from, as you do have to get your position just right. However, just what I needed.

It's OK, it wasn't too pricey and it does help with my home workouts however I don't know how it came to be "anti slip". I have to have it backed up against the wall otherwise it slips and slides all over the shop. Not sure how to make it sturdy so that I can use it in the middle of my room without it moving all over the floor. The pins are a bit annoying but a review here helped me, advising that you set the bench up, sit on it so your weight is on the bench, and then try and put the pins in. It usually takes me a few tries but it does work. So, not the best bench ever, but it sort of does what I need, although it is annoying that I can't use it separately and it has to be backed against a wall. Any tips on how to secure the footing so I can do chest presses etc on it? Thanks.

Ideal for working out. Easy to fold up when not in use.
