Review: Just what we wanted. - Best decision was to buy these steps. We needed safe access to a loft area we use for seasonal storage. These steps don't use up a lot of wall space. Yes, they stick out but after a while they blend in. Love the railing on each side, the steps have antislip inprints on them and the top has good size handles to pull yourself up. Easy to pull down with a provided hook.
Review: A good buy - It was easy to install by myself, and has made a big difference in the accessibility of my loft.

## Features

- WALL-MOUNTED & SPACE-SAVING DESIGN: Designed for vertical wall installation, this attic ladder provides convenient access while saving valuable floor space. The retractable folding structure stores neatly against the wall when not in use. Ideal for attics, lofts, garages, basements and storage areas. Not designed for ceiling mounting.
- HEAVY-DUTY 600 LB CAPACITY: Built with sturdy metal construction, this 12-step retractable attic ladder supports up to 600 lb when properly installed and used. It provides dependable access for attic storage, lofts, garages, workshops and routine maintenance. Always follow the installation instructions and stay within the rated load capacity.
- DUAL HANDRAILS & 5.1-IN TREADS: Two extended handrails provide a secure, comfortable grip while climbing and descending. The 5.1-inch textured treads offer increased foot contact for stable stepping, while anti-slip feet help improve stability on the floor. Designed to provide greater confidence and control during everyday attic and loft access.
- RETRACTABLE FOLDING DESIGN WITH PULL ROD: The accordion-style structure extends for use and retracts compactly against the wall after use. The included pull rod makes it easier to lower the ladder and return it to the stored position. This space-saving design is ideal where a traditional fixed staircase would take up too much room.
- 12-STEP ACCESS FOR ELEVATED SPACES: The 12-step configuration provides extended vertical reach for taller attic and loft areas, with a vertical height of approximately 116-120 inches. Before installation, measure the vertical height, wall condition, landing area and available clearance to ensure proper fit and safe operation.
