i was recommended to try this by a mate in the gym...said it would help me learn to do press ups.....it is brilliant cos I can now do full reps with it (I could not do these before) and it is really helping me with form.....great piece of kit and well worth the money.

Very very well made compared with others I have used. I tested my 1 rep max on bench press and I could do 145kg! Compared to 120kg without it! Very impressed this will help me, I can tell already.

I bought a a large sized one which was good, but then I had to go up a size due to my arms getting bigger. When I received the extra large slingshot I found out that the arms weren't much bigger than the one I bought before, maybe just a few millimetres.
