The image accurately represents the product. All hardware was included in the box.This keyless entry door lock is well made. It was not; however, easy to install! Of course, I am a lay person, and this was a more difficult DIY project. It took several tries to program the lock. This was due to operator error and not the product.The hardware seems durable, and quality made. I was able to program 4 family members. It is a Godsend, especially since I lose keys like people change their shoes!I have an alarm company-this product's price tag is over $200.00. Now some may say the quality is better at the higher price point . . . I say it does the same thing!I highly recommend this product.

It's appearance will make you think that it's impenetrable and for the most part it is. The whole mechanism is rather heavy made of thick metals no plastic dipped in Chrome with this. It visually stunning how nice it looks. And should perform equally as well. I can't really rate its performance accurately because no one's tried to break into it yet. I installed it on my shed. It's one of the weakest doors I have and its obvious so I thought I put a nice heavy duty looking security door knob / keypad as mostly a visual deterrent . This is probably one of the easiest locks I've ever installed. Right out of the Box it quickly assembles right away everything fit perfectly it wasn't like a puzzle. It took less than 5 minutes to install. When using the door latch it's rather smooth and quiet you don't hear anything at all unless you push on the buttons. That's the only thing that makes sound. The quick setup guide is nice and basic which is good because it doesn't come with a detailed operations or installation manual. QR codes is what you get for your money. I will be amazed if it lasts a season of either really damp environment or intolerable dry climate. If it doesn't I'll be changing my reading

It’s either defective or junk. Sending it back. 👎🏼Update: Received replacement and it was worse. Am locked out and will have to destroy the handle (and probably damage my door) to get it.DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY LOCK!!

Installation was easy and the airtags that come with this are really cool but I haven't been able to program it using the included instructions. It shows I've set a code but it doesn't work. I've tried it 3 or 4 times, maybe I lost part of the instructions?I have a deadbolt as a backup but I couldn't get the airtags to work either. I may have missed something but I still like the handle. Even the illusion of security is a good deterrent and maybe I need to contact support before my child gets old enough to snoop around.

I would not use this on my front door or side door for that matter. I think this would be great for an office door or a storage door in the back yard. My dad set it up on the storage outside because the design just seemed commercial to me. It does work for the most part but I do not use it to often.

I always resisted installing combination locks. This lock was easy to install. I did have a hiccup that was resolved by resetting the lock to default. Perhaps when first installing, the batteries mess with the programming. Otherwise smooth install and works great.
