Veement Customer Service has gone above and beyond! I thought I had an issue with my S80 dash cam. A replacement was sent within 2 days of my request. After comparing the new and original, I realized it was my lack of understanding with my original dash cam, and not an issue with the unit itself. Per Amazon policy, I had to send back my original. However, I decided I wanted to keep the original and install it in my wife's car. I emailed Veement Customer Service about this. They suggested sending the original back, and they would send me another, for free! I was skeptical at first , but followed their instructions. After confirming the Amazon received my return, I reached back out to Veement requesting the free dash cam. They promptly requested my address and said it would be shipped the same day. Within 3 days, I received my FREE dash cam. What company would offer such service to anyone? Well, Veement does, and did. In summary, if you are feeling skeptical about any of their products, know that they back everything up with exceptional customer service. I cannot be more pleased. Thank you Veement!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up and worked well fir 3 months. Now the video won't stay in frame and it get worse as time goes on. Save your money

The camera Takes pretty good videos However, I would love if it had a back up battery so it could watch my car while it Is parked

Camera just keeps saying “video is locked”. Can’t contact anyone because it’s past the products window. I didn’t install it for a while but I’ve only been using it for 2 days now

This is my first dashcam and I’m sad I got one with black lines in the video. It was an easy set up on the phone. Reason I gave it 2 stars. Their website doesn’t have this model or car set up videos anywhere online. So they might just be getting rid of these. Definitely returning this..Update: keeps loosing connection to my phone WiFi so I keep hearing the annoying “WiFi connected”

I loved that this was easy to set up. It took me all of 10 minutes to get it hooked up and ready to use. I love that the camera records even with out it being hooked up to my phones wifi. I got this for protection. I hope that I never need to use it. But now that I have this, if I do need to use it, I will be protected no matter what.

When it worked, it was good. Stopped working 3 months in!

It’s not crystal clear, but it does have good video. Plates are blurry and so are vehicles when you zoom in. To download a video you have to be in your vehicle with the camera on, one can not access videos away from the device. Turn off volume on device because device voice will constantly play when it is not recording.
