Feels nicer than I feel like I should have 😅
This is a gorgeous and quality DM screen. It has beautiful designs on the outer facing side and nice sections to hold up reference sheets on the inner side :)I'm still pretty new to DM'ing and I've only got a few of these, but this one is definitely my favorite. I would recommend getting one of these just because it's a really nice quality screen that's good for any level of DM.

Beautiful DM’s screen!
My dad got this for me, he knows that I’ve been wanting a different kind of DM screen for a while to really help my players be immersed in role-play. He showed me the product before hand and thought that the sheet containing the standard information is on the official screen would come with the product, they however, did not come with the product. Also, the magnets only stick to a single spot On each piece of wood, unfortunately unfortunately I don’t think I will be using this by itself as a DM’s screen. I’ll probably put it in front of my original screen as a facade. The overall product is made quite well. The engraving on the front are gorgeous however, one of them is just the freemasons symbol with a bunch of other illuminati type imagery, while the rest of the engraving are more of the same style of traditional high fantasy DND. Just something I noticed while examining it. Definitely a great gift for a DM that you know.

Beautiful Art For Your DM to Shine
A lot of playing D&D is about imagination, naturally. But art in print, miniatures, and other renderings just adds to the experience of taking us to a fantastical place in our minds.Setting this out provided just that experience. The intricate woodwork is great and this was quite functional, just as good as any DM screen I have seen in the past. But this one just takes it to another level and our DM loved it.It is decently made with good materials. There were a few blemishes on the paint but it was easily addressed with a paint pen. This is something that will need care taken with it, you can't slam it around or knock it over roughly, so hopefully your games don't get out of hand in that regard. Otherwise it is just a delightful piece of the game that adds character and fun. Any DM would be happy to have it.

Good but Could be Better
This is a nice-looking screen with a nice medium orange and brown wood stain. When I took it out of the box, it smelled of solvent and the scent took a couple of days to dissipate. The hinges are metal, the inside is plain wood with a small metal brass colored dot that is magnetic. You get a bag of magnetic pebbles to hold your dungeon master tablets in place. There are a couple of issues here. The screen folds flat so there is nowhere to store the magnetic pins. Also, they only pin in one place which is the middle of the panel so thin printouts can get dog-eared and fold over. It would have been better if there were least multiple points, maybe at the corners.Otherwise, it is attractive and I really like how it looks. I may have to drill some shallow recessed holes and glue extra magnets. It’s great to use in a game and makes a nice backdrop for fantasy figurines. It looks and feels great but functionality could be better.

Screen Time
I really wanted to give this thing a 5-star rating, the wood is sturdy, I love that it has magnets imbedded in the wood, and the designs on the front of the screen are well done. Even if I have no idea why there is the Freemason's seal, maybe to represent the mason's guild in some D&D town? I dunno, you get some weird designs when you go for things not put out by Wizards. The wood has some issues, there are quite a few cracks and gouges because they did not use the highest quality wood, I am tempted to sand it, add some filler, and then re-stain it, but I am not sure it is worth the effort. I do not trust the hinges, they are not made of the best metal and with the wood being a bit sus I expect they are going to rip out with extended use.My DM loved it though, it is functional and acts as a screen to keep all of their machinations against our characters hidden away. It is always a little ominous to be exploring somewhere and hear dice rolling for no reason.

This is an awesome screen!
I've been wanting to get my husband a good, solid DM screen for years now so when I saw this one I had to jump on it.The wood is a lovely, rich shade that's actually a bit darker than what's shown in the picture, and a less orange as well. The images are nice and crisp with no blurring around the edges and are very smoothly done. For a wooden Game Master screen, the asking price is really good.Definitely a good buy.

Very nice but needs better packaging
The thing came in a super padded box(amazon packaging) but the box itself that holds the product barely has any packaging at all. They really need to increase the thickness of that padding or perhaps use foam instead of bubble wrap. It had a slight dent on one corner but it's not really noticeable unless you're looking. It really is nice though and really fun to show up at a D&D with =)

Wooden Dungeon Master Screen
This is a very nicely designed wooden DM screen. It is a good size and covers the DM's area as well as allows you to hang papers of PCs on the board. Overall a great product.

Perfect for my intended use
My review will not list the product details, and features listed in the product description, but will cover the more practical aspect of the product usage.I am not a Dungeons and Dragons player although I do like the game and read about it. I was attracted to this product because our family plays other card and board games that requires anyone assigned as the lead of a particular game to have a shield (like Balderdash as an example). Rather than use the board game cover or a book as a shield, this willAct as a high quality beautiful cover that we are now using.I am not a Dungeons and Dragons expert by any means, however I do think that the product is very robust, made of high quality materials and has intricate carving on it! I would buy it for this purpose. It has peaked my son’s interest and he is now reading up and getting into the game - which was one of my intentions for ordering it. My hope is that it will be used for the game it was built for.

heavy solid wood
This is a chunky bit of DM kit. Solid wooden screen 11mm thick with metal hinges and magnetic page-holders would probably give an Orc concussion if you threw it at his head (Roll D20 to attack.)Laser burned imagery is D&D-esque but not enough to get WotC's lawyers on the phone. The right hand side has more in common with freemasonry (and it's not too hard to find where they *cough* borrowed the image)

Sturdy privacy screen for gaming
My son was delighted with this Dragonmaster screen. The construction seems quite sturdy, slightly let down by the flimsy hinges. The ability to attach notes with the supplied magnets (albeit in a specific location on the screen) is useful and the laser-cut decoration enhances the appearance.Currently listed at just under £40 when reviewed, this seems reasonable value for money.

Impressive Screen for the Money
I'm a hobby board gamer who owns hundreds of games, and I was drawn to this screen because I love wooden components, and I do have some games that benefit from screens. One such game is Dungeon Saga: Dwarf King's Quest, where you have one player as the evil dungeon overlord, who needs to keep some things hidden from the other players, such as what's lurking behind the next door...Not having used such a screen before, I was a little surprised by just how big it is. It's quite an impressive sight, and a fair bit of wood for the money. It's not the highest quality wood I've ever seen for a game, but it is stained an attractive colour, it has some heft, and I love the patterns on it. I think it looks fantastic. If I'm being picky, it does have a few flaws in the finish. A few little chips and grooves, and a minor split. These do not look like natural flaws in the wood, but they are, I suspect, the result of damage done to the wood while making the screen. For the price and the amount of wood you get, I think the flaws are mildly disappointing, but acceptable, and I'd be minded to keep the screen in this imperfect state if I'd paid for it.Flaws aside, this is an impressive screen, and costs less than I'd expect for what you get.

Poor quality wood and construction
Very disappointing item in a number of respects. It isn't particularly functional. You are supposed to trap sheets of A4 between one centrally embedded magnet, and another magnet acting a bit like a push-pin.The fact that there is only one central magnet per A4 section of the screen means the paper has to be held in the middle - your magnet potentially blocking any central text on the print-out; and nothing stopping the corners flopping about on their own and obscuring the text.Ideally it would want a thin magnetic strip both top and bottom, maybe with the centre magnets in addition, so that people could affix the paper more securely. It has absolutely no value-adding features whatsoever - stuff like a built in initiative tracker, storage recess for holding monster tokens, pens, or dice, etc would all be at least *some* sort of excuse for buying this product, but it has absolutely nothing going for it.It doesn't even have a magnetised recess for the 5 magnets that come with it - so they have to be removed (and potentially separated from the piece and lost) in order to fold it up for storage. The build quality is poor. The wood is cheap composite material; the finish on top of it isn't particularly well applied - with the staining leaving uneven splodges over the metalic surface of the magnets thanks to it clearly being painted after they were embedded. The hinges aren't well aligned, so the two folding panels rub each other when closed.Every single surface has some sort of marking or wear - scuffs, scratches, chips. Pretty sure that indentations made on it were where someone was using it as an impromptu clipboard and their pen pressed through into the wood. It's pretty dirty - looks like it was just lifted straight off a workshop floor somewhere. Not a surprise, as it looks like it's an amateur bodge made from offcuts. It's hard to see where the value is in this - it is something that literally anyone could make for themselves just by following a beginner's carpentry youtube video; using any left-over materials they had knocking about or costing pence from a DIY store. The unique selling point is presumably the laser-etching, which is nice enough - but nothing special and in no way justifies the hefty price tag. For the cost, you'd expect entirely bespoke custom designs or something.
