Works perfect, heavy duty case, plug and play..

This has been a solid little multi gigabit switch. It does what I needed it to do, stays out of the way, and feels like a good fit for a small network setup where you want faster wired connections without overcomplicating things. My main complaint is the spacing around the ports. Once the Ethernet cables are plugged in, I wish there were just a little more room to get them in and out cleanly. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is noticeable if you are using thicker cables or working in a tight spot. The instructions also are not great. They read like a rough translation and are not as clear as they should be, so first time setup may take a little more guessing than necessary. The switch itself is good, but the physical layout and documentation keep it from being perfect.

Worked like a charm from the start. Plugged it in, and it worked perfect. Fast as advertised, and never once had an issue. Gets a little warm, but not too bad. You'll want to keep it out in the open - not tucked too much away. Can definitely recommend.

Just great. Plug and play, nothing to setup or manage, inexpensive, robust and provides the advertised performance. I just multiplied the transfer speed between my PCs by 2.5x, getting up to 280+ MB/S real net copy speed. Very happy with it.

Ordered from the UK, arrived with foreign plug and no adapter in the package. Absolutely useless.

My home has multi gig internet so being able to run my local network and download/upload to the internet at 2.5Gb is fantastic. Solid reliability thus far, truly plug and play.
