Samurai 8230620 Samurai Curved Wooden Handle Saw 330 mm

I thought it wouldn't do much better than a bowsaw especially being reletivly cheap, but how wrong I was. The motion takes getting used to when used to bowsaw but feels 'right' somehow. Handle is ergonomic and dosnt slip from your hand.Cuts as well as everyone says and seems to have a good temper to the teeth while blade is flexible and not brittle. Hit stone on one cut but didnt effect performance. Should really go without saying..Safety mitts not optional

Well designed making it easy to use. Very good quality. Good sharp blade and comfortable handle for ease of use. Definitely would recommend.

Cuts through wet wood really well but not great on dry stuff - maybe it's not designed to be as it's a pruning blade which would suggest it's designed for living (wet) wood.. Have not tried anything bigger than 3" diameter as yet however confidence is high. Definitely saves having to fire up the Stihl MS 150 and is therefore quite handy as no cleaning or maintenance other than a thin film of oil when finished with. Blade is not as flimsy as some, judging from feedback, and once you get used to sawing on the pull rather than the push it does a good job. Not as cheap as some, not as expensive as others. Recommended if you know what you want it for.

So... Lots of big mature shrubs in my garden that needed a proper cutting back. I already have some ratchet loppers but some trunks and thick branches were way out of their range. This saw is the best. I'm arthritic in my hands but no issue with my samurai saw. Literally went through a conifer trunk a few inches wide in 10 mins. Cuts on the pull stroke and almost no effort involved. One of my best ever garden tools.

Bought this item to replace my silky zubat. Both are excellent tools which I use frequently as a professional gardener. Performance wise and feel during use both great. Other than a traditional wooden handle against the silkys plastic I'd say they were the same. The only, and very marked difference is price, which makes the Samauri item a bargain. Think Volkswagen for Skoda money.,!!!

Cuts well good size my handle was a little lose I'll lower my score, if I can't tighten it up.

Got this saw for Christmas and it is of excellent make quality overalll and outperforms my Bosch and B&D saws, which I have used for the same purpose.The blade is very high quality and extremely sharp. The scabbard for holding the saw has a positive retaining and quick release action. The scabbard is an absolute must because of the lethal sharpness of the blade.The handle is a very comfortable grip.Overall a wonderful design.

Sin duda la mejor sierra manual para podar árboles (ramas medias y gordas), tablas de madera, etc. Tengo una desde hace 13 años, con mango de plástico y está como el 1er día, con un uso frecuente (no intensivo). Esta la he comprado para no tener que trasladarla de un sitio a otro y la de mago de plástico no viene con funda (necesaria porque corta de verdad).
