Laser Level, Self-leveling Green Line Laser With Horizontal and Vertical Lines for Construction and Picture Hanging, Battery Included

This is quite possibly the best advancement in home DIY I’ve seen in 25 years. It’s brilliant. Put it at roughly the right height — I’ve used a tripod, bookcases, boxes and even balanced it on a stack of whatever happened to be available — and it simply finds its own level. It then projects a beautifully clear horizontal line across the room, along with a vertical plumb line when you need one. I’ve found the green laser perfectly visible in daylight as well as lower light. No more holding a spirit level against a wall, marking a point, moving it, checking again and discovering something has shifted. Set this up and your reference line just stays there while you work. It takes so much hassle out of jobs like hanging pictures, fitting shelves and general DIY. It also happens to be a beautifully engineered little cube that’s genuinely pleasing to use, complete with its own neat black pouch. An absolute joy to use — which is something I can confidently say I have never thought about a spirit level!

Initial test out of the box and works perfectly immediately. So simple to use, very quick and even comes with batteries. Love the tripod mount option too! For the price this is fantastic! It’s obviously a bit harder to see the laser outside (only reason for 4 star) but I’m using this mostly for all my indoor DIY, hanging multiple pockets across rooms to ensure they are the same height, installing panelling (which makes it so much quicker than a spirit level and tape measure). Indoors it is super bright I have no issue with it. It comes in a nice snug fit carry case and fits into the palm of my hand! Love it! Best addition to my tool box in ages!

This very inexpensive Nikotek self‑leveling green laser level turned out to be an unexpectedly useful tool. The green beam is bright and visible, and projecting cross‑lines across a 110° angle actually helps get things aligned without squinting or doing funky head tilts. It automatically self‑levels within ±3.5°, and flashes when it’s out of range—no guesswork, just get it into position and go to work. The unit feels solid and sensible, with a decent IP54 water, dust, and shock resistance rating—practical enough for home use and light site jobs, even if you’re not planning on baptizing it mid‑DIY Runs on two AA batteries, which surprisingly last around six hours—you’re not chained to a power outlet when hanging pictures or levelling shelves Straightforward to use: just slide the button and the laser turns on and levels itself. No airs, no unnecessary attachments, just point and align. It even comes with a small carrying bag—because misplacing your lasering gear at the bottom of your toolbox is a rite of passage. There are better lasers out there if budget isn’t the issue. But this one delivers what it promises, without huffing and puffing about being some “professional-grade” overkill. Bottom line: Bright green beam, accurate self-leveling, solid build, sensible operation—everything you need from a laser level.

I really quite like this this but instructions are not where near helpfull I found out how to use functions by use also its missing vertical measure marks and horizontal would make into a premium piece of kit at the moment it's only passable

Absolutely love this gadget! Have used it very often to hang shelves, hang pictures, building walls! It just makes life so much easier for these projects.

This is a decent level. Would. E nicer if if had a 🧲 to stick to stuff. But goodnight and cheap

I should have bought one of these years ago! Fantastic help in hanging a 120 inch projector screen! Leveling was perfect, both horizontally and vertically with bright laser lines. I don't know if laser levelers are all like this, but you cannot tilt it vertically, so to get the lines higher up on the wall beyond where my tripod could go, I had to put my tripod on a box. Highly recommend and at a nice price point for something I'll probably only use occasionally, but almost exclusively from now on.
