PRESTIGEDuraforge Induction Aluminium Square Grill Pan, Black, 28 cm

Very good item indeed.
Quite a large item this, so check the dimensions before you buy. Due to its size, you can of course cook plenty food in it. The non stick seems to be of very good quality. The vast majority of waste rinses off easily. My only disappointment with this is that the raised ridges aren’t raised very much at all, meaning I can’t get the lines on my cooked food, nor is it great for holding sausages (to allow to rotate to cook all round). Other than this, it’s an excellent pan and is well made. Even though it’s light, it’s not cheap feeling at all.

Good frying pan.
Sturdy product. I'm finding that this frying needs to be well heated before putting the food in it, as soon food is added it starts to lose heat not thrilled with this aspect of the pan....this could be because I'm using it on an electric hob.....not an induction hob. I have adapted to using it to slow cook some food...but not good for frying eggs, or omelettes because of the drop of heat in the pan when food is added.

Not suitable for induction hob
Purchased to be used on an induction hob which requires a flat pan bottom, this pan is slightly concave (see photo, I've tried to show this us in the flat edge of a ruler) and therefore the food in the middle burns while the food on the outer area is hardly cooked as it isn't in contact with the hob.The pan has also left the imprint on the hob of the small circles on the bottom of the pan of this inner area, see photo. This was a temporary pan until I could get out to purchase a better one but sadly I have paid the price with a damaged hob.

Don't buy
I hate this pan and regret buying it, I've used it a couple of times, eggs stick and the base has a curve so food moves to the edges. It feels cheap and will probably end up in the bin before it ruins more food.

Easy to clean.
Like the saucepan in this range, it is easy to clean, you don't need to use a lot of oil for frying, as nothing sticks.
