NC Soft Guild Wars 2 - Path of Fire PC USK: 12

I notice with some interest that there are USED/PRE-OWNED copies of Guild Wars 2 being sold here. Well, you cannot do that - an account is registered with one person only at which time that account is theirs. It cannot be transferred, it cannot be sold on as this is a serious violation of the Terms of Service so anyone purchasing ANY edition of Guild Wars 2 or its expansions will essentially be purchasing a used game that cannot be played by them or anyone else ever again - only the account holder can access that game and the included code for activation will be void. If a person knowingly sells the game that they have in fact already registered they are in fact committing fraud in doing so. If the game has not been registered (in which case it won't be 'used') it can be sold, otherwise the poor sucker purchasing it is essentially being robbed.
