Unable to use product, front screen cover was missing!! Very annoying and disappointing 😞

This doesn't fit the s10 lite and from the pictures it looked like a complete case with built in front screen protector, it isn't just protects the back of the phone. Disappointed

The case is supplied in a clear ziplock plastic bag and includes a small folded instruction sheet.Before reviewing this case, its worth mentioning that there are currently three options for mobile phone cases:-1) No case at all. With an entirely glass encased phone like my Samsung S10, what could possibly go wrong by not having a case :)2) Slim case designed to give some protection without making the phone too bulky. This is the type of case I had previously used3) Heavy duty case designed for maximum protection. This case fits into this category and inevitably has some compromisesOn to the review of the case itself.Pros------- It feels to be of very good quality- All the cut outs line up exactly with the phone, the buttons work perfectly and the case is a snug fit to the phone- The camera is deeply recessed to protect it from damage- The front of the case is raised at the top and bottom of the screen to protect it when placed face down. There is no built in screen protector which I prefer as they can interfere with touch and fingerprint scanning. Also if any object hits the screen with any force, it will shatter whether you have a screen protector or not- The front of the case is not raised on either side of the screen. This is a nice touch as it allows the 'edge' functionality of the curved wrap-around S10 screen to still work- The case consists of a hard polycarbonate inner shell in two pieces (front and back) plus a flexible outer TPU cover. I suspect its the combination of these two that give it it's claimed high impact resistance. It should be noted that I haven’t had the need/courage to test the impact resistance, but the case certainly feels very strong- It has built-in covers on the USB C and AUX sockets which look neat and keep the sockets clean- Wireless charging works fine through the caseCompromises-----------------These are limitations introduced by the case being heavy duty rather than faults, so I have not removed any points for them.- As the case is so thick, it makes the phone significantly more bulky. It adds about 5 mm to each edge of the phone, so overall the phone plus case is about 1 cm longer and 1 cm wider than the phone alone- As the case is so thick, heat dissipation from the phone will be reduced. It would probably not be suitable for situations where the phone is pushed hard and generates a lot of heat (e.g. fast charging or gaming)- The case is relatively complicated to fit or remove compared to a single piece TPU cover. This is not an issue unless you need to remove the case regularly (see previous limitation)- The cover on the USB C port is fairly stiff and ends up putting some sideways pressure on any inserted plug. This may be an issue if you use wired charging regularlySummary------------In my situation, I always use slow wireless charging and don’t use the phone for any intensive processing. For me the benefits of a heavy duty case far outweigh the downsides, and this case is perfect for my requirements.Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality heavy duty phone case.
