So far, I love it!
Call me bougie, but I need a microwave that 1) has a popcorn button and 2) has a quickststart 30sec button. This microwave is the perfect size. Aesthetically, it matches my kitchen well and it works like a charm. It had been 1 month, and so far I love it.

Smoking
Its smoking and burning in less then 6 months Bad service from the service centre refused to repair as they said its out of the warranty even though it had 3 year warranty on the box but they didnโt honor that

Failed in less than 2 months
Bought this microwave thinking it would be a dependable brand name. ๐ค Unfortunately that was far from true! After being delivered in early November it didn't even last until the end of December before it stopped heating up. It will turn on and run as if everything is fine, but it never heats up anything put inside. A complete waste of time and hard earned money ๐ฐ. Maybe I should shy away from purchasing any appliances on Amazon or for sure from this specific supplier. Buyer beware!!@

Received a faulty product
The microwave worked fine for the first week or so. Ever since it has been making a strange noise with a vibration. I can no longer return or exchange the product as well. I would not recommend it

Stopped working
Bought new and it stopped working even in less than 60 days and no help or support process provided how to claim warranty. Disappointed on how Amazon is handling this. Amazon should make warranty and support process user friendly instead of hiding options
