Why did you choose this product over others?: ​They're not the cheapest headphones but you get what you pay for. They are good quality, and I like that you can either plug them into a laptop with the USB connector or a use the USB C connector to plug them into a smartphone. I don't know what it means by 3.5mm connectivity, though, as the 2022 model I bought doesn't have a 3.5mm jack. The sound is nice and clear and music sounds quite bassy on them. They also work with Microsoft teams, although the end call button didn't do anything when I tried pressing it. This is not a problem however as I work with a mouse and can easily end the call using that. I'm going to use these as my headphones for working at home and buy a cheaper pair to leave at work (don't want to break these ones by carrying them in my work bag even though they seem more robust than my last pair).

A great headset

I bought these to replace a very old pair of Plantronics Blackwire 325 as I couldn't find reasonably priced replacement ear cups for it - it's so old that it has a sticker that it's certified for Skype for Business. Comparing these headphones to the 325s - slightly rough foam pads instead of fake leather, the cable is slightly shorter, the headphones aren't removable from the cable-based audio control, you can't fold them flat, and the audio quality is slightly poorer. That being said, they were cheap, from a reliable brand, and I'm going to assume will last just as long. A good product for someone who needs better audio than in-built laptop mic and speakers.

This Plantronics Blackwire headset is light weight, comfortable to wear and offers excellent value for money - ideal for the homeworking or in the office. It has great audio quality and an adjustable noise cancelling mic boom that picks up your voice really well without unnecessary background ambiance. The in-line controller makes answering calls and muting and unmuting the mic extremly easy and it also allows you to change the volume. The size is adjustable so it will fit most head sizes. I opted for the usb version but it can also be purchased with 3.5mm jack instead of USB or you can pay extra for an upgrade that includes both. The headset does not come with a case but it's fairly robust and should be fine being thrown into a laptop bag withiut causing any damage to it. Note that it's not foldable though but that wasn't an issue for me. That said, I did purchase a Plantronics case seperately for it at a reasonable price.

Thought I was buying a headset that could connect via USB and alternatively 3.5mm jack. Nope, just USB. I should have purchased the 3225 if I wanted both types of connection. Hey ho! Sound quality wise, its great for Zoom. It's loud and clear and a noticeable improvement over the laptop sound. Its comfortable to wear, very lightweight, and adjustable to fit your head. I have a big head and yet I've got it at 90% full size, so it will go even bigger! Well worth the upgrade for clearer communication online. And its so light and comfy I soon forget I was wearing it!

This is mainly used for video calls/meetings when working from home. The sound quality is good. My previous headphones had a problem with the mic quality declining over time but after 3 months of use this Plantronic headset has been great. I’ve had no problems with the mic and most people can hear me well on meetings. The only downside is that they do feel a bit stiff and tight. Not so comfortable when worn for the entire day or work. This is despite me having a relatively small head and making adjustments on the headset. Overall it’s a good purchase for the price.

Me compré estos auriculares para usarlos en el trabajo y por ahora el resultado es perfecto. Se escucha perfectamente y en las diferentes calls para los que lo he usado no ha habido problemas con mi micrófono. La posibilidad de poder mutear, o subir o bajar el volumen desde el mando que lleva integrado en el cable son bastante útiles, ya que no es necesario hacerlo desde el PC o tocando el propio auricular, lo cual es incómodo cuando los estás usando. Adicionalmente se puede ver si el micrófono está en mute gracias a una luz que aparece en el mando. Por mi parte ha sido una buena compra

Für den Preis ein super Headset. Die Sprachqualität ist super und es ist sehr leicht. Man merkt kaum, dass man was auf dem Kopf hat :) Die Hintergrundgeräusche werden zwar nicht komplett weggedämmt, aber das finde ich auch gut so, das irritiert nicht so beim Telefonieren.
