⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect replacement — even better than the original! The OFFO Large Bore Shower Hose 2.5m (11mm Bore High-Flow Anti-Kink Stainless Steel) has been fantastic. I bought it to replace a Mira shower hose, and it’s made a huge difference. The wider bore gives noticeably more water pressure and a stronger, smoother flow, making showers much more comfortable and efficient. The extra-long 2.5m length is ideal — it’s made showering our disabled son in his shower chair so much easier and more convenient. The flexibility and anti-kink design mean it moves freely without twisting or tangling, which is a big plus. The build quality is excellent — solid stainless steel that feels strong and durable, with secure fittings that don’t leak. This hose, combined with the following shower head (OFFO Shower Head,6 Modes Handheld Shower Head Large Powerful Boosting Handheld Showerhead for Low Water Pressure ShowerHead,Chrome) solved a major issue I had in my shower. The water used to be extremely hot, much hotter than through the bathtub tap (water mixer had to stay on the right side of the spectrum to avoid getting burnt when having a shower), and very difficult to calibrate in terms of temperature (going from cold to very hot when moving the water mixer by only 1mm). Second problem was that the water flow rate was low, significantly deteriorating the shower experience. Plumber came but diagnosed it was due to old building and nothing much could be done. I had previously changed the hose and shower head for new ones, thinking the malfunction might come from there, but to no avail. However I hadn't realised that most hoses, although 1cm wise in diameter from the outside, have flow restrictors inside, diminishing the internal diameter to 0.5cm. This used to dramatically increase the water pressure (water had to go through a surface divided by 4), and it seems that hot water in my building has a higher pressure than cold water, so that hot water was taking over much of the water flow when going through this restricted pipe diameter. The shower head I used similarly had a water restrictor at entry (3mm wide), pressuring the water flow further. Apparently these water flow restrictors aim to diminish water usage, which is good, but with terrible side effects in this case. Thanks to this hose and the corresponding shower head, both without any restrictors, the water flow can now progress without any pressure, keeping its temperature balanced and controllable, and with a much stronger flow rate. Showers have become so much more enjoyable now, I can't believe it was such a simple trick.

Perfect replacement and does not restrict flow like many other pipes on offer. For some reason everyone seems to think a 6mm bore is enough, however, the bigger bore on this hose makes a great difference with lower pressure over head tank systems. Highly recommend for ease of fitting, quality, and decent size bore.

Works just as it should (in combination with a Croydex Presion Pressure Boost Shower Head). The bore is indeed 11mm. It was supplied with a selection of washers of the correct diameter in a variety of thicknesses, so it is simple to install without leaks. The outside thickness of the hose is a tiny bit bigger than most (space for the larger internal bore has to come from somewhere), so placing it my existing bracket took a slight amount of extra squeeze, but no drama.

A great price and a Very Good Upgrade from the standard 8mm bore hose. Excellent quality and looks great.

Really nice quality and excellent price. sadly thread on nut end that fits shower was too shallow so does not fit on aqualisa Aquastream Shower unit. What woul dbe relly uselful would be for sellers to show thread end and maybe list compatible shower units to reduce returns? - Noting Amazon returns was hassle free and a pleasure to deal with.

Correcto ,no es que se note mucho el caudal de más ,pero va bien

La maguera nada mas verla se aprecia de una gran calidad y resistencia. Es de un diámetro superior a las tradicionales, se nota y mucho. El cambio a sido significativo respecto a la que tenia anteriormente, el agua sale con mayor presión. Dispongo de una alcachofa grande y lo agradezco mucho. Recomiendo su compra

On apprécie la longueur de deux mètres idéale, la bonne finition, le débit tout à fait convenable. Attention au support de fixation de la douchette, l'écrou est un peu large sur certaines colonnes et a du mal à s'emboiter.
