Lovely packaging and tins are really nicely patterned.Candles smell great and do last a good time.

I thought twice about purchasing these candles after reading reviews saying they dont burn well but, as an old hand at burning candles, i decided to give them a try and so far so good. Ive only lit one but it burned well, pooling right to the edge of the jar in about 2.5 hours. I blew it out after that and let it cool then put the lid back on. The next day i trimmed the wick before lighting and its doing just fine. I think the bad reviews must be from people that dont know how to burn candles properly (I don't mean to sound condescending, honestly 😂😂😂). Keep the wick trimmed to 0.5cm and allow the wax to melt right to the edge all the way round before blowing it out and they'll be fine. The scent is great too. Its definately citronella and it does keep the bugs away even in a breeze but they dont strip the flesh from your nose like others ive tried. I'm really happy. I took a star off the giftability rating because, despite being very well packaged, the packing is akin to something from a hardwear store rather than a gift shop. The candles themselves look high quality though.I'll update the review if any candles develope problems

I bought these candels as they can be used indoors. I have 5 lit through the house every day and it helps stop the flies coming into the house. When i run out, i have noticed the flies return on mass.

They are really pretty containers and have a strong scent. Having bought tea lights that are citronella and have no scent whatsoever, I was worried these may be the same but I'm delighted to say I had no need to worry. Highly recommend 👌

These smell nice and seem to last well however they don't seem to keep insects away at all, if anything it attracts them and they fly into the candle and get stuck in the wax.

Really strong smell so good inside or out. However they are so strong Maybe not so much inside but they really do the job and you have nice litte plant pots when they are done. They last along time.

Did not work. I had my door and window closed, this candle burning next to me, and I watched a mosquito fly to me and bite me. That was that!

Da wir abends im Garten gefühlt von den Stechmücken aufgefressen wurden haben wir uns mal die citronella Kerzen gewagt und waren positiv überrascht. Der Duft ist angenehm, nicht so stechend wie bei manch anderer Kerze und trotzdem vollkommen ausreichend dass keine Stechmücken mehr zu uns wollten.

Bonjour,Article arrivé en 2 jours mercredi 14 juin 2023, Colis carton bien calé et produit OK !Le coditionnement est remarquable pour ces bougies, voilà ce que j'appelle un produit bien pensé !L'odeur est subtile, je vais employer ces bougies pour la 42ème édition de la fête musique dans le haut Var 83560, ou nous sommes envahis depuis qlqes années de moustiques "tigres".Pour épargner la peau de nos 10 jeunes enfants de 2 à 14 ans autour de la piscine extérieure.Si nécessaire... je reviendrai vers vous ultérieurement !Le prix unitaire de ce Kit me parait tout à fait acceptable pour 6x178g de cire !Daniel BINTHER
