Very satisfied with the product. It looks great, was handled quickly, and offers impressive quality for the budget.

3rd class seller.
3rd class. Description says it has full hd screen but the seller maybe changed the screen, it's only normal 1366x766. Display is not fit properly, need to apply glue . keyboard key is different, he placed M key to another place, and question mark key ( ? ) to another place. Did not even check before sending. I need my refund 😡😡😡

Very good laptop but check what you get - not all sellers of refurbished laptops are the same
Very good refurbished laptop at a great price. Use the same for my daily work and it is very reliable. Make sure to check the refurbished laptop thoroughly, not just physically but also in terms of specs - that the CPU, SSD, and RAM are as per the specs specified in the Amazon item description. I had an issue that the RAM was not at the stated DDR4-3200MHz speed (was at DDR4-2400MHz) and so did a return and ordered from another seller who confirmed to deliver with 1 x 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (that way I can expand to 32GB as there are two RAM SODIMM slots) and all worked out well.

Such a Low Quality.
There is No Camera. Display Has been Changed and They Didnt Fit it Properly.Key Board Has Issue.I press 1 time it Took The Press 3 Time.I press 3 Time it Took 1 time.Display Border is Out from Display Itself Still they Send It.

Damaged items
I orderd 3 laptops. One of them was not working at all, te other 2 laptops had visible damages. If there is a chance to upload a picture I would do it. I was embarrassed like never before, as these laptops were gifts.

Missing WWAN, NFC Modules
I've received the same item but the laptop didn't have the modules like WWAN and NFC. Also the battery backup is too low.
