This is about the most perfect little attachment for the iStim device. It is long enough to be easily felt while inside, stimulates the muscles exactly as it is supposed to and if one so desires, it really makes one feel explicitly nice. I cannot recommend this attachment enough. The one that comes bundles with the original kit is simply too small for what I use it for while this one is perfect and reaches that oh so small gland which only men have and stimulates it equally as well as contracting and relaxing the muscles needed as one ages. You cannot go wrong with this attachment.
