Finally, a Zinc Supplement That Doesn't Upset My Stomach I really like this zinc supplement. I’ve tried other brands in the past and have had a difficult time taking them because they tend to upset my stomach. I haven’t experienced that problem with this brand, which is the biggest reason I’m so pleased with it. It is a little more expensive than some other zinc supplements I’ve purchased, but for me, the extra cost is worth it to have a product that I can actually tolerate. So far I’m loving this supplement. Higher quality supplements are well worth the cost. Make sure to read the instructions on use. This zinc supplement requires being taken 1 hour before food or 2 hours after eating for best absorption. I take it with my thyroid medication so it’s easy not to forget. I’ll definitely be looking into other supplements from the company after the grocery store bought are gone.
