Food releases easily, and cleanup is genuinely effortless. I also love that it works on both the stovetop and in the oven, making it surprisingly versatile for such a compact pan. This is a heavy-duty, beautiful pan! It is solid (no warping in the oven) and has higher sides that allow you to cook sheet pan dinners without any worry of losing stray veggies or proteins in the bottom of your oven. The food cooks evenly over the entire surface and the handles allow for easy transferring from oven to counter to table. Perfect for those who do a lot of roasting, sheet pan dinners or even sheet cakes! Highly recommend.

I love this pan. It’s so easy to use and the convenience of using it on the stop top and transferring to the oven is lovely. I’ve been try to perfect a frittata and this has been the perfect solution. I immediately bought one for my mother for Mother’s Day and she loves it too!

Really pretty pan. Seems well made. This size still lets me cook two sandwiches at the same time. It was easy to clean. Nice non-stick surface. Took a little longer to heat up and grill my sandwiches than my old skillet pan. Fit perfectly on the center bigger burner on my gas range.

Love this. Looks beautiful, and you can use it for both cooking and presentation. Cleans easily. As a heads up - it is heavy (but that is to be expected).

We are a family of 5, and this pan is a gamechanger. Forget having to use multiple pans to cook any meal! I can easily cook 6-8 pancakes or pieces of french toast at a time in this pan, or multiple foods at once with eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. We have a glass cooktop, and it works very well on it! It cleans up well, really is non-stick. I have been SO happy with this purchase!

Great for on top of the hob. Cooks a lot of quantity, and very easy to clean. I have a standard oven size and it doesn’t ft. Not a deal breaker as bought for the hob, I will just have to buy the mini version as well!!
