Okay, so, this lip balm... it's intense💋. Like, super pigmented. Seriously, if you're looking for something that's basically lipstick disguised as a lip balm, then go for it. But, if you're like me and just want a hint of color with some moisture, steer clear. I'm usually all about a pigmented lip balm – I love a bit of color with my hydration. But this one? It's just too much. The color payoff is incredible, no doubt, but it's almost too much like a lipstick. And honestly, the moisturizing factor is a bit lacking. My lips felt okay, but not as soft and hydrated as I'd hoped. So, yeah, if you want a lipstick-level pigment in a balm, this is your jam. Otherwise, try the Himalaya Strawberry Shine Lip Balm!

If you're into tinted lipbalm.. then this is it!!
Elle 18 finally did the job once and for all!! I was dying to find a lipbalm with lipstick level tint.. and oooohhhh my lord!!! This is more pigmented that few lipsticks.. just one light swatch and you're good to go with a pretty bushy tint.. it's very lightweight and not balmy at all.. not sticky at all.. it's lip balm so of course it transfers when you eat, drink or kiss or whatever.. so I don't think that's a problem.. this perticular shade is very pretty.. i think it's better than cherry cause of they all are this tinted.. then I don't think the cherry one will look very good.. this shade is very pretty.. hydration, moisturization is 70% for me.. but for this price range.. it think it's a fair deal.. Elle 18 really took the matter in hand and eventually won the battle!! 🤣🤣

Too pigmented, no moisturization
I never thought I'd write something like this about a lip product. It is too pigmented for my liking. I was expecting something like a plum shade lipbalm but this is more pigmented than most lipsticks. Also it doesn't offer any moisturization at all. Buy it if you want a drying maroon lipstick.

Its tinted,not a lip balm,
Elle18 gave some of the best budget friendly lipsticks,and this one can be used as lipstick as well,,the tint n colour is too pigmented,,but the it does not provide any moisture to the lips,as is the work of a lipbalm.This is a lipbalm that makes ur lips dry n chapped, instead of healing them.You can purchase it if u do not have sensitive skin,and if u are ok with the chemical smell.
