Last week I purchased the Pur Truth Prepare and have been able to use it daily since then. It arrived in a solid case and set up took less than one minute. It is an amazingly well thought out product that is easy to use and provides immediate feedback on set up and putting stroke. After about 20 puts with the Prepare I had made contact with the right gate 6 times and the left gate 0 times. I slightly changed my stance and was able to consistently start puts on line. When golf season begins in Minnesota I will use this as a warm up and training tool. The Prepare is a fantastic training aid!

My IG feed and youtube channels blow up with "the next big thing" golf training aids since I am constantly watching little "help" videos. When I saw this putting tool, I scrolled right past because it looked complicated and pricey. I already have a putting aid that has a long strip of fabric with a slanted return. What more could I need? Then, focused more on women golfers and their unique mechanics of the game, this product popped up again. When I saw the precision needed to master the putt with the device, I was intrigued. I looked for something similar, and there just isn't anything. So I ordered it from Amazon. And in the 24 hours before it arrived, I watched numerous youtube videos about it and got very excited to try it.The day the Truth Trainer came in the mail, I played 18 on a course with newly aerated and sanded greens, with 59 putts, and decided I'd better do some work. I loaded up my the Truth Trainer the next morning and took it to the practice green at my closest course. The feedback I got from using this tool was a little overwhelming, and oh so helpful. in the courses near me, the practice greens are anything but flat, and finding a level spot was the first challenge, but I eventually did. I quickly learned that if you set up in your normal stance and you can see both strings (the blue should disappear under the white), then you are already identifying an area that needs adjusted. Only when you consistently set up without seeing the blue string have you mastered that part of play. And the strings can be moved around to accommodate different types of set-ups and still give you that feedback.The "gates" are easy to adjust and also give feedback. I tend to draw the ball to the left, so I place the gates in (from the front) the second and fourth slots. If I hit the closer gate, I'm still pulling the putter. If I can hit 5 shots without hitting the gate, I move farther from the hole.One of my favorite features of this device is that it forces you to stay within a consistent area of swinging your club. Using more finesse, you don't have to move the club so far. It's plenty wide enough to accommodate a swing with the power to hit long shots, but helps you to observe your backswing and follow through to understand distances of both. You can adjust it by moving the ball pad or not even using it.I use this on regular carpet in my house because it most simulates the speed of a green. I also use it on the perfect practice mat if I want the feel of a faster green.I do believe that consistent off-the-course practice is the only way to improve my game, and I believe that this tool provides me the most feedback from that practice.

I bought the Truth Trainer for my boyfriend, who is an avid golfer. I thought he would enjoy it and improve his putting. He says it is really fun and is helping him get better when he plays. The website said this device has been in development for five years. I believe it! My boyfriend says it has the best features of every other putting aid he has tried. It is kind of expensive, but is the best thing on Amazon that I have ever purchased for him. I give it the maximum high recommendation. It's a great gift idea for Mothers Day, Father's Day, Birthday, or a "just because I love you day" for the golfer in your life. Enjoy everybody!

Excellent design and build quality. Easy to set up. A golf aid that I know I will continue to use in the future.

I got my Truth Trainer around the time of the Masters. I checked out a number of training aids online and was impressed by how people raved about the strings and gates for instant feedback. To my surprise, there turns out to be more. I love the blue "path perfectors." I put one on the outside rail for my backswing and the other on the inside rail for my follow through. It has really helped me stop cutting across the ball. After nearly two months now, the improvement on the course has lowered my scores a couple shots per round. The effects are real! My wife doesn't play much but the path perfectors and guides for backswing length and follow through have totally allowed her to teach herself a pretty good putting stroke. We are both having fun with it. The Truth Trainer is everything everyone says and more!
