I’ve usually bought the kind of phone holders that stick to the windshield. In the Florida heat, after a few months they start to loose cohesion and you have a mess running down in front of you that needs to be cleaned; before you can put up a new one. The design of this phone holder elevates that issue since it’s design is based on pressure surrounding the rearview mirror and not some adhesive. From what I’ve seen and experienced so far, this will be my recommendation from now on.

Holding phones while driving is tricky. Suction cups and sticky tape is rough on your car and often fail at the worst possible times. This holds on the rear view mirror with four connection points that provides stability and ease to remove and reapply. The phone then hold on the center of the car. Be aware that any of these will create a new blind spot so be aware of your surroundings. This is a great size for most phones, but nothing bigger, and anything too big would make this heavy thing heavier.

This phone holder is easy to install and use. Three pieces connect and adjust to accomodate your phone and view without blocking the windshield. The adjusting knobs and push buttons are easy to use, making them accessible. I definitely recomend this.
