Tastes great, decent price
I have tried many brands of bcaa's and they do not taste good. I have even tried brands that get good reviews on amazon and people reviewing them saying that they taste good. Lemme tell you that people must have some jacked up taste buds because most bcaa powders are gross. This one (fruit punch specifically) tastes like i added "mio" to water. Very tasty, slighty gritty but compared to the other brands i tried its doesnt take away from musclepharm. Get this brand and be happy.

Great but flavor too sour for me
I really like this and I def feel like it give me a jolt for my workout. I take this 30-60 mins before lifting and have been able to lift longer through the workout. But the taste! It's too sour for me. I bought this because it's sugar free and I'm grateful for that. But something is off with the taste. I mix this in a smoothie to try and mellow out the flavor but it's still there. Love the brand but will get a different flavor.

BCAAs alleviate muscle soreness.
This helps me with muscle soreness. I'm 51 years old, and I've isolated it in my diet and confirmed that the BCAAs from MP helps alleviate muscle soreness. Not sure why this is so, but I like it. Also, Amazon provided a very efficient delivery, and the price is OK.

I just ordered my 3rd container. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I use this after every workout. I’m 42. I’ve incorporated a lot of amino acids into my diet, and I feel like this works as a booster to a quicker recovery for me. I also hike 10-15 miles weekly. I don’t think I could do all that without a little assistance. I don’t see me changing it up any time soon. It tastes great and it’s priced right.
