Camera arrived from Amazon in stated time frame in a well packed box. Included is a user manual which has limited information on how to set up but no information on contents. Found set up info fairly easy to follow. ( I had to use a wifi booster as signal from router not strong enough. Also you have to set camera up next to booster not router ) There are three cables from camera Reset button which has it own weather cover Power input cable with no weather shield. ( missing by accident? )I had to use insulation tape Ethernet socket which had two identical weather sheaths only one required. ( Ethernet cable included. I did not use just set up using wifi ) I use the camera for wildlife purposes in my garden and is set up approximately 300 mm above ground and works perfectly. I can follow creatures smoothly and most importantly quietly. The camera rotation and zoom is noiseless The camera lens is excellent both close up and zoomed. The night vision gives a superb monochrome picture Turn on the camera spotlights and you have colour. Camera uses if required micro memory card. Camera also works perfectly when 50 miles away from home. All in all excellent five star with special mention to Ctronics Support staff Jacinthe who followed up sales to check if everything o.k.

Great camera with lots of features. Easy to install. The image quality and zoom range are excellent. The intruder detection notifications work reliably, as well as the auto-tracking functionality. The 30 patrol zones are very handy, specially for large areas. Recordings are easily accessible through the mobile app. Very satisfied with the camera and with their great customer support team. Special mention to Eric who knew the product in great detail and was able to answer all my questions.

Arrived on time. Some difficulty setting the cruise and tracking as the wording in the operating instructions are very slightly different to the App menu. I made good use of the chat facility in the App and Candy was most helpful and polite. Another customer made comment that this product has no cruise so all had been confusing. The zoom and tracking functions are promising as I am still getting use to the system. Picture quality and optical zoom looks good. I have several older cameras and this one looks very promising and value for money 👍

I purchased this particular camera as I always use Ctronics products. You get very good service direct from the company. The camera comes with an upgraded guarantee to 3yrs when registered. Video is pin sharp as is the tracking function, great optical zoom, smooth and in focus. Good coverage with IR. ELNUM the company tech man contacted me after a week to see how satisfied I was with the camera and offered a FREE micro 64gig sim, which I accepted. I have 2 Ctronics cams set up both connected buy LAN to my windows 10 computer. Very happy user. Mike

Advanced surveillance capabilities for a good price. Quality product and everything is packaged well. Once connected via wifi or ethernet cable pictures are first class. Had to get help from support (internet) to set up auto cruise function, who answered quickly and sorted it straight away. Setup of the camera was straight forward just have to mount it outside at some point. Would I buy another yes, ideal for home use.

Excellent Camera. Just the one problem - How do I register this cam, and is it free to do so.

I bought 4 solar cameras and after installation and loosing connection ...one by one could not reset , so they became useless.Ctronics send me 4 replacements after I snd the faulty ones back. Upon installation I found that they were also dfective ...The time could not syncronize and when disconnected the esame issue of not resetting appeared. After 5 months of exchanged messages, Ctronics stopped responding to my messages...URELIABLE CAMERAS & SERVICE ...I lost $390

Although the camera manual states that there is a lifetime warranty, that is not true. The Ctronics website also declares the lifetime warranty. If and when it goes wrong, and the product is over two years old, Ctronics will say that the warranty is only two years. It is a good camera other than this.

I bought this HD camera as first of four. Technical support ( Eric Xiao) helped with setting up some nice to have adjustments like cruise speed and delay time on presets. Even suggestions for software changes are taken seriously, The response time fron Eric on email is great, within a short period of time an answer with instructions is provided. Still have some functionality to setup but so far I am very satisfied.

La telecamera è dí facile configurazione con il wi-fi di casa. Ha una risoluzione eccezionale con il 4 k e lo zoom ottimo da 16x. Utilizzata per vedere dal mio terrazzo il panorama circostante si è dimostrata una eccellente telecamera. Come utilizzare un binocolo professionale. Modesto il consumo dati non necessita di velocità di rete , io la utilizzo con un router con SIM , ho altre 8 CAM collegate. L’ app è semplice e completa di tutte le funzioni che necessitano. In sintesi allo stato attuale dopo 20 giorni di prove sono estremamente soddisfatto.

Acheter depuis 15 jours, je passe mon temps avec le service technique ctronics. Question image c'est bon. Question suivi c'est bon. Question encadrement de l'alarme c'est nul. (un point rouge qui gêne). Question zoom c'est nul. Exemple, vous regardez une alarme et logiquement suivi de la personne, donc déjà pas encadrement de la personne et au maximum un zoom de 3 maximum donc impossible de reconnaître un visage et pas non plus voir la plaque de la voiture. Je suis très déçu par cette caméra qui n'est pas bon marché. Pour ma part je n'achèterai plus de caméra ctronics, car la description qui a été faite ne correspond pas à la caméra que j'ai reçu

Die Kamera an sich ist extrem wertig verarbeitet (nicht alles nur Kunststoff sondern tragende Teile aus Metall), sie wirkt damit zwar sehr bullig und ist eher nicht geeignet um dezent angebracht zu werden, aber wer Sicherheit durch Abschreckung unterstützen will wird hier definitiv fündig. Ich bin auch aktuell sehr zuversichtlich, was die Haltbarkeit angeht. Die Kamera ist aber erst seit zwei Wochen in Betrieb, man wird also sehen. Die Inbetriebnahme an sich war eigentlich nicht kompliziert. Es ist aber besser zuerst per LAN und dann per WLAN weiterzumachen, zumindest für mich war das der zuverlässigere Weg. Die Ctronics Apps (normal und pro) für Android funktionieren sehr gut, die Konfiguration per WebUI ebenfalls, sobald die Kamera erstmal im Netz hängt. Die Kamera ist mit Modellen anderer Hersteller in eine lokale iSpy Agent DVR Installation integriert und funktioniert problemlos. Tracking setze ich nicht ein, hat beim Testen aber funktioniert. Mir ging es nur um den Zoom. Der funktioniert sehr gut und das Bild ist auch top! Extrem bemüht, freundlich und hilfreich war auch der Kundenservice, der sich sehr angestrengt hat mir bei der initialen Netzwerkeinbindung zu helfen. Das machen viele Firmen oft deutlich schlechter oder weniger interessiert. Würde definitiv wieder Modelle von Ctronics kaufen. Viele Grüße A

Hochwertige Kamera mit sehr guter Verarbeitung. 16 facher Zoom ist echt Spitze und sehr scharf. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Aber die App ist doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man andere App wie z.B. die von Eufy oder Reolink kennt. Einige Befehle können nur per Code eingegeben werden, anstatt, wie bei anderem, mit einem Schiebeschalter. Das erschließt sich mir überhaupt nicht. Deshalb wird auch der Service in den vielen anderen Rezensionen so gelobt. Aber da ich auch den Support eingeschaltet habe, kann ich bestätigen, das dieser wirklich hervorragend ist. Die Lily ist absolut kompetent und nimmt sich der Sache umgehend an. Sie hat sehr schnell reagiert und meine Probleme (Kamera schaltete nicht auf IR Modus um) behoben. Zudem haben die Techniker die Erkennungsempfindlichkeit nachjustiert. Das kann man nicht alleine machen. An Lily ganz herzlichen Dank. Sie bot sich an umgehend zu helfen, sollte ich Probleme haben. Die App muss aber besser werden, da bräuchte man nur die anderer Hersteller sich anzuschauen. Würde die Kamera wieder kaufen.
