Two of the plates broke while transporting, but I expected it after reading other reviews. It is probably the best entertaining set I have ever owned.

Received the product completely broken.
I received this order today and really heart broken seeing the broken plates. Plates were so beautiful. However I was really disappointed seeing the way delivery guy delivered the product and packaging. Nowhere on the box any fragile symbol was given, no proper packaging to protect the plates from damage.Delivery guy was really helpful as he delivered it till my door however he was unaware what’s inside. So I’ll really suggest to take care of the packaging part properly and mention on the top of the box that it is a fragile item.I received a confirmation on refund but I was hoping replacement cause I am afraid if I raise the request again I’ll again receive broken/damaged items. But the plates are really beautiful at this price. ❤️

Broken
I was so excited to start using them but everything was completely smashed and broken. Even the ones which were not smashed were either chipped or had black paint on the print. Not happy at all

I think this is a beautiful dining set that is great value for money.I did have two pasta bowls broken when opened.Amazon only offer return/replacement for whole set so have contacted seller who am hoping will replace these for me

Beautiful set of dishes
My dishes arrived today. They are beautiful! After reading the reviews I was concerned that some people reported the dishes were broken when they were delivered and some said the pattern in the bowls was not centered. Since I liked them so much I went ahead and ordered. I'm so glad I did! None of the problems reported in reviews. Everything was perfect. The pattern on each piece is a very rich blue. Each piece is a nice weight. If you are considering these I would say buy them I don't think you will be disappointed.

I love this set.
I bought this dinner set when it was on sale . I was hesitant because some of the reviews said that they came all broken or bad quality . I purchased the set twice and each time they all came one piece and nicely packaged.I love my new plates, they look very authentic and elegant.
