Smashbox Limitless Long Wear SPF Lip Gloss, Endless, 1 Ounce

I don't wear a lot of make-up, as I think most of it is a gross lie bent on making insecure women blow way too much money on nothing -- I could just as well save my money, or else use it to buy books, music or a vacation with what some people throw away on beauty products they'll only use once -- but I am a regular customer of Smashbox because of their "Limitless" product line, which ensures that this busy professional is able to look nice all day without wasting precious working, reading, learning, exercising or social time on being alone in the bathroom (booh-ring!)This lip gloss does what it's supposed to do: it softens your lips and makes them look beautiful while protecting them from the sun with a basic SPF 15. Limitless has several colors -- one for every mood and skin color -- and they last a lot longer than most lip glosses do.

Nice lip gloss - liked both the color and the feel. As far as the long lasting part - that is debatable. It may last longer than some others but I would not say it has any exceptional properties in this area that I noticed.I was hoping that by spending more for a lip gloss that I would end up with a product that lasted longer than the usual. I really was not blown away. I will often spend $7 - $12 dollars for a lip gloss. I think I paid over $20 for this one. I don't think that I would purchase at the over $20 price point again simply because I did not feel the extra money spent was of benefit in this case.I really have yet to find a lip gloss that lasts long at all. I am a pale blond with small lips. For these reasons I stay away from too much color and go for the gloss. I am still looking for something with some staying power that is not full of color. Some products that say long lasting refer to the pigmentation (which I don't want) so a long lasting light or nude gloss seems hard to find.

What the heck is this? Is it supposed to be orange colored? It doesn't match the color on the box at all.

Great color. It's easy to layer this gloss on for a sheer look to a more vibrant look. It's kind of sticky, but I'm okay with that; it seems to make it last a little longer than other glosses.

This is my most favorite lip gloss ever. So sad to see it was discontinued but happy I can find it here! It is getting harder and harder to find and more expensive. I got a great price on Amazon so was able to pick up a couple of tubes but I have seen it at over $30 a tube elsewhere. I have tried the product Smashbox put out as the replacement to this but it just doesn't compare. This stuff stays put with no bleeding or feathering. Yes, its thick and sticky but that's what it takes to be dubbed "Long Wear". Anything else would fade too quickly. I usually put it on before work, eat breakfast, and don't have to reapply till after lunch. Hello! That is fantastic. I know the day is nearing when I won't be able to buy it anywhere but until then I'll be stocking up when I can.

Love this Lipgloss !! It is also the perfect color & I always get compliments on it... It is also long wearing!

This is my everday/everynight/every occasion lipstick/gloss. I have none other than this one lip gloss and shade in all of my makeup cases, purse, gym bag. It works with everything. Slightly deeper than my own natural shade, it enhances my lips without creating a focal point. I don't want people to see my lipstick first. I want them to see me. And this gloss is the perfect shade. It lasts pretty near all day long - even through light lunch, and several cups of coffee, BUT you don't have that unattractive matte, dry look to your lips. I haven't seen it available everywhere as before so I am definitely stocking up.
