Customer service is excellent. The table and chairs arrived yesterday very well packaged and already put together. It had been a little wait from order to delivery but I know now it's because it is a quality product. The table and chairs are very sturdy and the cushions seem well made. The glass top is tempered and has some weight to it. So far so good. Now for some decent weather to enjoy using it and give it a good test run, but until then it will remain well protected under the heavy duty protector cover. I'd say money well spent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. The set I would give 5 out of 5. The only thing that has let the service down was the delivery, I asked for a morning delivery and having taken the morning off work, expecting to go in for the afternoon, it was only delivered in the afternoon at 2.30pm, meaning I had to take a full day off work.
