Essential Swedish Grammar (Dover Language Guides Essential Grammar)

When I first started learning Swedish, this was the first textbook I had. At the time I found it confusing, and the layout was irritating. However, I had other sources from which to learn, so it wasn't much of an issue. That is, until I showed it to my Swedish friend, who promptly laughed at it. She went through it and corrected all the mistakes, of which there were many on every page.I would not waste your money on this. The internet has better resources, and although it would be nice to have a textbook, this textbook should not be it.

The perfect book for learning Swedish, an essential guide it truly is and I highly recommend it to get your head around Swedish grammer. I bought in order to brush up on my Swedish having not used it for a few years!

Good book, concise, thin, perfect for those who don't have a lot of time. But the book is a bit expensive
