Q: This shipped rolled up and I've had it laid out on weights for 3 days, still wont go flat. Not warm enough to leave outside? Any other tricks?

When putting in a warm room or in direct sunlight is not an option, you can use a handheld hair dryer to warm the mat. First direct the warm air into the center core of the roll for approximately fifteen minutes. Slowly unroll the mat and continue blowing with the hair drying across the surface until the mat is flat. Please follow all use and safety guidelines provided by the hair dryer manufacturer. Do not expose the chairmat to extreme heat! High temperatures can damage the mat.

Q: Are the edges beveled?

All of the edges are beveled on these mats to make it easier to roll back onto the mat should you roll off.
