An item like a Playstation holds immense sentimental value, apart from being an expensive gear.My experience with Amazon was terrible. Received a product which was most definitely opened before. Had blemishes and subtle damages on the box, even the inside packaging. As a matter of fact, the serial code/ bar code number didnt match between the outer ps5 packaging and the inner box. Lots of red flags. Really sunk my heart.Amazon took a while on processing it, but eventually they initiated the return.I didnt care for any discount. Went to a Sony retail store. Grabbed my spanking new untouched PS5 (You would be surprised at the box conditions I saw at Reliance or other retail stores). Would def recommend the same. Its not worth the hassle.
