We bought two for out by our pool, the material they are made of is like grocery plastic bags and just all fell apart immediately. Such a disappointment, got in our pool skimmer and even in the pool filter. Total waste of money!

I am so upset with his company! Purchased 2 umbrellas December 15, 2022. We put them up in early January. Today is May 8, 2023. The grass material has been constantly falling off after only 1 month and has continued to get worse! I have contacted the company through Amazon regarding the inferior product. Apparent company just wants your money, to hell with product quality.Have emailed the company and they are doing nothing and said shedding is normal. They said the plastic fringe type material falling off is normal! The umbrellas shed everywhere....,on the pool deck, in the pool, on the furniture. And I don't mean just a little shedding....it is terrible! If you open and close the umbrellas you get the plastic fringe all over you hair, clothes, and body! I never write reviews and had the company stood behind their products, I wouldn't have had to write one! They would not let us return them nor credit our account. The umbrellas have shed so much we have to throw them away. I put them in the garbage can this morning. If you noticed by the pictures I put them in garbage bags to keep all the shedding off the grass, off the driveway, and I was trying to be considerate of the men who pick up our garbage.So disappointed in the product and lack of customer service.

Completely fell apart during the few summer months. All the artificial straw came off the umbrella and ended up in my pool filter. Do not buy this umbrella….it looks beautiful but it’s a peice of junk.

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted to love this umbrella. The umbrella was bought this year. January. Actually the end of January 2022. We didn’t even put the umbrella out until spring and the umbrella is literally disintegrating I feel like I am polluting with plastic it’s very environmentally unfriendly it’s just falling apart you touch it and pieces fall off of it. I’ve owned cheaper ones that I’ve purchased on here and had for two years before they even needed to be replaced. I spent more on this one in hopes that it would be a great umbrella and I was very intrigued that it had the LED lights . I just expected more. Figured if you pay more you get what you pay for. Not so in the situation. I am very very disappointed. This is probably the first time I’ve ever left anybody a one star review. Not some thing that I like to do but they need to know and other buyers need to know that don’t expect to enjoy it for more than four months Before it starts littering your entire yard and you’re ready to come out and blow off your patio and sweep up your patio on a daily basis.

For $179 I purchased this in April I have been fighting the shedding all over my patio in my hot tub in my food when you sit at the table eating if the wind barely blows. I believe the sunshine broke this down quite easily, in my opinion if this is a solar umbrella, it’s meant to be in the sun. I will never purchase again from this company. I have two other tiki umbrellas that I’ve had for years and they’ve never done this and I’ve never spent this much on one and basically have to trash it , I never write reviews but I found it very important that you know that you will be disappointed thank you think twice !

Great quality and very sturdy. Looks great and the lights are just the right brightness when it gets dark.

The media could not be loaded.  First, these are not straw but cellophane strings to look like straw. I thought, hmm that must mean they stay together... was I wrong! I bought 2 of these for our pool and they are falling apart shedding the cellophane pieces all over the place after only one month! See photos, can’t even touch them without these thing shedding everywhere! What a mess and waste of over $300! Of course it’s past the return period! And the lights stopped working on 1 of them after 1 week. Steer clear of this product. I should be offered a refund !

It was used on my patio for 2 years…total of 10 months …stored during the winter. Umbrella is shedding like crazy!
