I recommend this mini PC, very powerful and tons of storage space for all you needs I am a novice and installation was straightforward. No hiccups. Very very quiet love the aesthetics of it. Cute and yes that means something too!

Speedy small server
Great product. Very good way to start a personal server.

Complete hardware failure within 2 weeks.
This product is plagued by a number of problems, any of which should be considered a critical design flaw that should have sent the design team back to the drawing board before this ever made it to production. The non-upgradable power supply is grossly inadequate for operating with 6 NVMe drives. You can expect them to randomly crash and drop out of the array if you try to fill all of the drive slots with 4TB drives. The 3.3v voltage converter is completely underpowered, and most likely will just randomly leave the chat with no notice, and leave you with a completely non-functional device which can only be repaired via soldering new components on the motherboard. Mine died within only a few weeks. The case design has VERY poor airflow and will cause excessive heating of the machine. At least this problem can be fixed via 3d printing a new top cover, but that's little consolation with the other critical design flaws. Overall, you don't want to own one of these. This product shouldn't even be for sale as it currently exists.

Awesome machine, poor thermal design
Overall, I really like this little desktop NAS. It's perfect for hosting my media content, family photos, etc. The system runs smoothly most of the time, but I was noticing quite a bit of heat build-up even at idle. I know the graphic on the gallery shows cool air being pulled in from the top and expelled out the bottom, but I guess I figured no company would actually try to work AGAINST convection. Because of the thermal design, my SSDs would remain incredibly hot, so much that touch the outside of the housing would be very, very uncomfortable. To remedy this, I modeled and 3D printed a replacement housing that utilizes a 92mm fan that exhausts toward out the top. Now, everything stays well under thermal throttling temperatures. It's really a shame the thermal design was not thoughtfully designed, but it's fine now. I'm running Unraid on this machine and it's been fine so far, aside from the thermal performance before my improvement.

Tight fit, but when it works it works well.
I'm absolutely certain that there are just tons of people who are avoiding this specific cube because it has 12GB of soldered RAM instead of 16 or 32 (or maybe they just want SODIMM slots to sidestep that worry entirely) and an N150 instead of an N300. A lot of those people would also probably be pretty happy if they tried to settle sometimes. If you want a basic desktop for the "basic computer stuff" people've mostly swapped to using phones for, this kinda feels like overkill just because of the amount of m.2 slots it has. If you want a Proxmox server running Pihole and a misc Discord bot in containers, TrueNAS handling a couple to me huge ZFS pools, Jellyfin and Nextcloud giving some ways to use all that storage and Tailscale giving me a decent way to tunnel that out so I can just throw all those "cloud" services in the bin while the two 2.5Gbps ports give me some pretty wild LAN file transfer times, well this might be something to consider. It's dead silent, it's basically all heatsink under the plastic, that plastic comes off very easily, and it only gets slightly warm near the bottom exhaust while under load. Pretty good footprint for something that can saturate my LAN. So there's why I'm just all about this adorable system. Just be mindful that it'll bottleneck any modern SSD you could buy to put in it, and that that still won't matter if you're mainly transferring files over the network. If you need more threads and RAM, you'll need to find something else.

Good bang for your buck
A lot of value from this my little machine. I’m running a bunch of containers on it everything from media servers to personal projects and it’s great.

Cooling needs manual adjustment, possibly with removal of case bits.
I'm somewhat torn between giving it a 3/4 star review but am settling on a 3. This little thing is a powerhouse of a home NAS, no argument there. I'm giving it a ding of 2 stars because despite everything else seemingly being designed great they put a wildly ineffective amount of cooling holes around the chassis. With the stock fan cooling settings it was running the NVMe drives at +55C idle. Adjusting the cooling fan so the drives are at more reasonable 40C idle tells me I should just take my ultrasonic plastic knife to the case and solve things myself. It's a wildly great NAS device and they somehow flubbed the cooling system on it. As such 3/5 seems fair.

Podem pesquisar. Melhor alternativa custo-benefício que existe para NAS. Eu já tinha um ugreen mas esse se tornou o principal. Está funcionando perfeitamente com TrueNAS
