I have tried everything but my sunroof won't stop leaking into my car. I finally decided to just seal it off so I ordered this rubber seal strip and to my surprise.... it works! finally! My only con is that it's lifting in certain areas. Luckily, it's sealing in the spot that I needed it sealed so that's great. If I did it all over again, I wouldn't use the extra set of double sided tape it comes with. I *think* that's why it's coming up. I thought maybe it would give it an extra good seal but instead, I think it did the opposite. My advice is to not use the extra set of double sided tape they provide. The tape on the rubber seal is good enough.

Doesn’t stick no good

I got this and went to put it on, and it fit part of my window fine, but I got to the other side, and the gap was too big for the adhesive to grab. Needless to say, I should’ve measured it out better. I am having a hard time finding one wide enough. This is the only reason I dropped a star, because I feel like it need to be about a quarter inch wider anyways for cases like mine. It’s still worth the buy at this price though, everything does what they advertised, just make sure you measure!

Easy to apply, good adhesive for longevity and prevents leaking well. Easy to cut and put in place

This product is 100% garbage

It's easy to install. It stays for a few weeks, then comes up. I'm constantly pushing it back down because it comes up while I'm driving down the interstate, causing a loud racket on the roof. The adhesive stayed behind in that area, so it is keeping water from getting in.

The description states "Note: The sunroof cannot be opened again after the rubber sealing strip is installed. " and that is what sold me. Essentially with this product you convert the leaky sunroof in your car to a moonroof which is meant to stay closed and leak free.

We'll see if it stays. It would have been better were this strip a bit wider, but it more or less seemed to work. I'm going to let it cure three days before washing and I hope that it will stay stuck. Water keeps getting under there, as well as windshield washer fluid, which caused some problems with my electrical system it seems. FYI there is no "tackifier" included with this, as shown in the photos. I hope that isn't necessary to keep this in place.
