2 Pcs Rear Sun Shade Hook Holder Clip Compatible with Honda Pilot 2016-2022 Passport 2019-2021

I have a Honda pilot 2020 black edition and somebody broke the sunshade clip. I needed to replace it. This was perfect fit great came with two I only needed one. Replacing it was super easy not rocket science it was what I expected. Would buy again if I needed to replace it again.

This replacement part fit perfect on the right rear door of my 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD after a friend was handling the shade a little too hard and broke the original clip.

This was exactly what I needed to replace my broken part. For reference I have a Honda Passport Elite and this matched it perfectly. Sunshade is up without any issues.

This company should update the product description. This hook/clip fits my 2023 Passport perfectly. It took a while to get the placement of the clip right before it would "click" in, but other than that, it was pretty easy. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are no instructions whatsoever, just two plastic pieces in a box. Most will be able to figure it out, but I can imagine some having issues.

It's not as precise a fit as you would expect an OEM to be but this aftermarket is pretty darn good. The issue I had was that when the hook component broke, the retention clip remained in the door frame as seen in the photo with the red arrow. The other photo is the old hook with the retention clip missing. So I could not get the new hook installed until I realized the issue and used a utility knife to poke the remaining retention clip out. After that, I could push the new hook assembly with the retention clip in. It took a bit of pushing but finally went in. The flat back cover was not a problem whatsoever. It was a tight fit, but you really want it to be in order to remain locked in. All in all I am very happy that everything is back to the way it should be.

Perfect fit, easy to install, and FAR cheaper than an OEM part.
