I ordered 2 pair of these, one in blue and one in purple. Happily for me, the shipper sent me 2 pair of each, which is great because I love them!They are such an improvement over the pinch clamp ones in terms of ease of use, functionality and just generally looking cheerelful in my home gym. I love that they are easy to put on and take off and they don't make that terrible scraping sound when I slide them on. Bonus that the magnets allow me to store them right on my half rack. They also let me use my loadable dumbbells for ab rollouts, which is much more convenient than a barbell in my tight space.The first time using, the clamp is a little stiff to close, but just a couple of uses breaks them right in.

8/27/2024: so far so good. I use these for squat, and OHP, so I’ve not banged them about. I have standard spring clips ($9), Fringe Sport velcro strap collars (~$11?) and these. The highest value in terms of price & utility of the three are probably the spring clips, I just don’t love the feel and they’re not magnetic. I like the magnetism to attach them on my rack out of the way when I change out plates and when I’m done working out for the day. Using them on a standard Olympic Barbell (2” sleeve). Easy to use one handed. Magnets are just strong enough to attach to the rack not anything more than that (like don’t try to pick up 2.5lb plates with them, though they’re sticky enough to slide them off the barbell sleeve). Good quality, wish I could have got them in all black or silver. I got the red&black and they were true to the image. My only gripe isn’t functional, I think they’re expensive for what they are. You can get Rogue aluminum collars for $58 a pair I believe, so consider that. Though Rogue won’t give you free shipping on just collars last I checked. Enjoy!

These are hands down the best I’ve had. Lightweight and durable and so quick to put on and take off! Highly recommend you replace old school with new school!

Does the job perfectly. At my gym, the hex bar is a bit more narrow than the standard--too narrow for the annoyingly illusive clamps at the gym. These are snug enough to accommodate the difference and still hold, yet they aren't too tight to use on the other bars. Perfect addition; nothing beats having your own readily on hand.

Godda thank Amazon and their workers. My chest press clamps broke, tried to use it and it wasn't very safe. I ordered these better quality clamps and they came literally overnight. Strong hold and no complains.
