I’m almost 70 and live alone. I live in an older apartment building, old pipes, and water that turns my tub orange. I researched many shower heads. This seemed like the best choice for the price, with easy change out filter and easy installation. I installed it myself.First shower was wonderful!!! Water pressure was perfect! Felt great. We live in the country and have our own deep well. The water is delicious to drink but is very drying on our hair and body. It has a lot of minerals in it. We didn’t want to soften or condition all the water in the tank, just at the shower heads. Hence my search for a shower head filter! We bought two of these, one for each bathroom, and on the very first use we noticed our skin immediately was soft and conditioned, and our hair less frizzy. We figured out our well water was leaving mineral deposits on our hair and leaving it lank and lackluster in shine; now with the filtered shower head mess minerals are making their way onto our heads and bodies. The pressure is great, and the fact that one shower head filter lasts 3 months is great. It’s a lot more cost effective than a whole water softening system, and we can still keep the well water the same in the kitchen, which we love for the taste and mineral benefits.

My bf and I love this product so much! Everyone should get it! It feels like a waterfall not only bc the pressure isn’t so high but the water coming out feels soft as well. The value is decent for this product.

Only has 1 setting but seems to filter well. Don’t get if you want a stronger stream

This shower head is larger than I expected but ok! The filter goes in easy and I like the monthly indicator. It puts out a soft rain like effect, not a hard pressure blast, another plus. I’ll be ordering the replacement filters in the future. Definitely like this product!

I bought the sale price chrome shower head. It has a swivel head and it works great. I had to purchase the Ridgid 31010 Model 10 (heavy duty 10-inch plumbing wrench) to remove my old shower head from the shower pipe that extends from the wall. The old shower head had been attached to the shower pipe for 30 years. I could not attached the new shower head to the shower wall pipe (1/2 inch pipe) even though the connection on the shower head is also 1/2 inch. I went to a large hardware store and they did not have the item I need to connect the new shower head to the wall pipe. The gentleman at the big hardware store told me I had to change the wall pipe for a new one because my old wall pipe was made out of material that is slighter large than 1/2 inch. However, I decided to purchase the shower head swivel ball adapter brass adjustable shower arm connector universal showering component shower arm extension-polished chrome sold by YDmeet on Amazon. This shower head swivel ball adapter worked and I did not have to change the shower pipe that extends from the wall. The shower head works great with no leaks.
