It tastes alright I do put a little extra water than it calls for but it’s refreshing and does the job pretty well as advertised. It does keep you hydrated for all moms who worry about not keeping up with drinking a lot of water. And when it comes to breastfeeding or pumping it does really help. Of course you do have to keep up with feeding on demand and pumping regularly if you aren’t it will only keep you hydrated which in turn is still good. It’s definitely worth the buy.

The flavor takes a little getting used to, not going to lie, but now i drink one of these every day. It’s not overly sweet like other electrolyte drinks and it doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners. It’s also more affordable than many of the healthy hydration options.

These tablets are just okay. Most importantly they did not result in any improvement in lactation, but that they are necessarily supposed to, but it would have been nice. Also the flavor is a bit off, definitely not my favorite. And if you put it in a bottle be careful - they are effervescent to the point of violence if you don't let the air escape. For me they were worth a try, but I would not buy again. 4 stars because there's no harm in trying them, but I get the same result from using a little Pedialyte once in a while.

I love this brand so when I saw these I was interested in giving them a try. I don’t have supply issues but I know I don’t drink enough water, so I thought one of these every few days may help me stay hydrated. Well I made on yesterday and was very disappointed. For starters, there was hardly any flavor. It smells like berries but did not taste like berries. Secondly, after drinking this 3/4 hours before bed, I still woke up all night dying of thirst.

These were my favorite lactation supplements. They never caused any excess gas in my newborn and gave me the hydration boost I needed while breast feeding and pumping. They also taste great!

Not sure how much it increased my supply (I’ve always been a good producer but I wanted something to help towards the end when my supply started decreasing). Taste great.

Very similar to an alkaseltzer and took forever to dissolve. the last thing I want when having a newborn is added gas to upset my stomach. I assumed the berry flavor would be sweet but it’s very bitter.
