Perfect price. Perfect performance. Perect size. Perfect quality.I used this to make mead. I just decanted to a pitcher when I needed to, cleaned the bottle and poured it right back in. The plastic lid has a nice gasket in it, but I don't know if it leaks. I'm too chicken to try. For this price, I'm just going to serve it out of the jug. It's much cheaper than buying a bunch of bottles and it's small enough to make pouring easy. Love this! Perfect for first time brewers and small batches. Easy to clean, looks great and very well made. Stable.

My fiancé got this to start up his home brewing process and has been impressed with it so far. The quality of the glass is nice and strong. Definitely durable. The product is easy to use and the lid gets nice suction with no leakage. It is fairly heavy when it is full, but that’s to be expected honestly. The quality of the product that comes out is also top tier. We highly recommend this product if you’re doing any home brewing.

I've been fermenting honey mead in mine for several weeks now. Haven't had any issues. The bottle is nice and heavy, and didn't have any issue with the temp change when I was sanitizing it. Not a huge fan of the airlock design, but it doesn't affect its performance. Just kind of have to be careful when taking the lid on and off, so it doesn't snap into place too hard and splash water (or vodka) into your wash. Good price and packed well. I'll be buying another one soon to transfer my mead into while I wash the original.

The media could not be loaded. So pleased with these. They’re very thick and the size is perfect for my homemade vino. The little handle is really sturdy and feels secure. The lids are solid and seals completely. Cleaning isn’t very easy as they’re designed with the small neck but I’ve McGuivered a tool to aid with that. Unbeatable cost for all that’s included!

This bottle was delivered quickly and is exactly what I needed/ordered. The stopper seals very tightly. My current experiment is bubbling along and seemingly doing great!

I like the North Mountain 1 Gallon Fermenting Jug.Pros: First off it’s glass (plastic has an expiration date and liquid inside goes bad). It weighs only 4 lbs yet holds a gallon of liquid. It has a handle, comes with Rubber Stopper, Airlock stopper, & a regular twist on Lid.Cons: the jug opening is small and I spill when pouring liquid into jug and the 3 way stopper does not feel secure in rubber stopper.It works great for some of my need but not all.

Heavy glass. Lid fits nicely, has the plug for filling. Everything works good. Very satisfied with quality.
