Endless Toddler Fun For Under $40!
Never before has less than $40 bought so much fun! I bought this for my then 17 mo old daughter last October. It's now mid February and she's almost 23 months old. She's spent an unbelievable amount of time playing with this toy, even during the winter! This is one purchase I don't at all regret - in fact, I plan on buying this as a go-to impressive looking, fun, yet inexpensive birthday gift for other toddlers. Is this garden table just a bunch of plastic? Yes, but it's not shabby in design or construction. It's typical of Little Tikes brand standards IMO. I think they do an excellent job making safe, inexpensive, well thought out toys for young children. And like other Little Tikes products, this garden table does seem shorter/smaller than I thought it would be when we first unpackaged it. But the height has been 100% fine even for my admittedly VERY big for her age daughter (she's the size of a 3 yo - 3 ft tall, 30 lbs.) I've never seen my daughter stoop to play at the table but even if she did I don't think that would take one second of joy away from her play time with it. "Joy" is actually the first word that comes to my mind as I watch her play with it: scooping up dirt, pouring it into pots, watering her creations, flinging dirt on her head (sigh - oh well! Bath time afterwards!), running around w/ her wee shovel and spade thingy, laughing hysterically, and presenting me, her delighted, proud mom, w/ the plastic flower part the set comes with...a gift of love...or maybe appreciation for buying her this awesome toy?! My daughter never, ever tires of this set. I bought her a cute garden themed board book and an additional toy shovel, spade, rake, watering can set to go with this. When it got too cold and snowy for her to use this toy outside I hosed it all off and put it in our indoor sunroom for her to play with it there. As such, we ended up having hours and hours of fun playing with it indoors also - I simply let her use it in our (heated) sunroom w/ water instead of dirt. She had a grand old time! It really helped keep my daughter busy and happy when the weather kept us indoors. Next winter I'll probably buy a bag of sand for when we bring it back indoors again. I'm certain she'll still be playing with it then. Despite how much she's played with it and though I've left it outside in sun, rain, sleet, and light snow, it's in terrific shape. Our dog nibbled on a piece or two but aside from a few minor chew marks it's still totally fine. This set is much more durable than it looks. My daughter loves this toy set so much I've let her take pieces of it (the pots, flowers, etc) into the tub. Why not? They made great bath toys. I've also unclasped the shovel out of her hand as she's fallen asleep, utterly shocked and bewildered as to how she snuck it past me into the house and into her bed. Ha ha! Now THAT really proves how much she loves it!I can't recommend this toy highly enough. It has been such a great purchase! I honestly believe my daughter has had more fun with this than she has with other kid's expensive outdoor playhouses and swing sets. She uses her imagination AND gets tons of exercise with this versatile, durable, and, in our case, indoor-outdoor toy. Love it!

This puts the FUN in FUNCTIONAL!
I bought this for my one year old niece, and to say she loves it is an understatement, not a day goes by where she doesn't play with every single part of this toy at some point. She doesn't quite understand the purpose of it all yet, but just having the little separate dirt, flowers, pots, and garden tools is fun for her to take in and out of the little removable bin and sifter tray. We don't use this as any kind of sensory bin YET, but I still intend to.As of right now, she loves to take both of the removable top parts off and sit in the bin, it's short enough for her to climb into (but she's a pretty skilled climber lol) but sturdy enough to not tip over. There is a plug at the bottom, so sometimes we put some water in there and splash around with her sitting in it.Also, this has doubled as an awesome random(small) toy box. The items that come with this set leave plenty of room to store other little things in the bottom bin part. I baby sit her during the week, so the small amount of toys I have for her fit perfectly in there when the day is done I just scoop them all up and collect them in the little purple bin, dump them in the larger one and throw the purple bin on top. Instant toy storage! We put things in there like her little foam letters, a teether toy, baby laptop, a little stuffed animal, and a few other odds and ends we can cram in there with the pots, dirt, and flowers. It doesn't take up much room at all.The water can actually holds/pours water, too. The lid on it is a little bit loose(you can probably superglue it on if you want but it makes the spout holes easy to clean), but my niece likes to remove it a lot, for some reason. The watering can also has a hole in the back of it that perfectly fits a faucet for easy filling. It dries really well, doesn't retain excess moisture & can be wiped out with a paper towel on the end of a spoon or something to soak up the droplets inside to be extra safe.Assembly was easy enough, I did it myself with no help and little instruction (the instructions SUCK) it has a few screws and stuff, you will need a phillips head screwdriver, the hardest part was making sure the seal was in correctly, the seal has little flaps that go underneath the bottom that are a pain to pull through all the way, but once you do get it, it's a GREAT seal. We haven't had a leak, and it doesn't seem like we will have an issue with that.Side Note: I am that girl that looks at the 3 star reviews to get a more accurate idea of what to expect from a product, so trust that this is an honest, and awesome assessment. :D If you're considering buying this. DO!TL;DR-One year old loves taking all of it apart, climbing in it, sitting in it, splashing in it, filling it with other toys, and it makes for super easy cleanup. Can double as small toy storage. Perfect height for one year old. Sturdy material, stable design. GREAT BUY! Would buy over and over again.

Great toy set for your future gardner!
This little garden table is the cutest thing ever! It's perfect height for my 18 month old and she loves to mimic mama getting the garden ready for spring. It's nice that the inside has a little plug to drain water, for when it rains, or if she wants it filled to just splash around in. You can also put sand in it for a raised sandbox, which is fun with the yellow sifter it comes with. The tools are perfect size for a toddler and she carries them everywhere around the yard...She evens uses them to dig in my flower pots, which is bitter sweet that they work too well for that. The little flower pots that it comes with are simply adorable. She can take the flower off to just have a plain pot and plant actual seeds in it(there's a drain hole for watering), or set it up with the plastic flower to give a gift to grandma. Boosts imagination, teaches sharing and caring, and gets the little ones out of the house and away from the tv. I'm not sure who enjoyed this more, my daughter, or the whole family!

It's a cute toy for a 3 or 4 year old.
This is a nice outdoor toy for a young child who is old enough to understand how to play garden. My 2-year-old daughter likes playing with the pieces, but she a little young to know how to play garden with it She mostly takes the pieces and brings them to other parts of the yard. It has a lot of pieces that come apart and needs to be placed together for it to resemble a garden table. It's short, so taller kids might not be so comfortable playing with it. I've seen a newer version of this toy that looks better with more features. With time, she'll start to understand how to play with it.

Great tub for sensory play
This table is a great toy for toddlers. The top part can be removed and it makes a great sensory tub. This was the best of the gifts we gave our toddler for Christmas.
