NilfiskTelescopic Lance - Original Pressure Washer Accessories (128470040)

Have to say very impressed with this. I used mine on a corrugated plastic roof that was green when I started and once I was finished the roof was clear once more. What wasn't clear, all of the Nilfisk attachment will fit on the end. So, I used the Nilfisk brush for cars on said roof with this lance. works like a dream.

I bought this for two main reasons.1) to clean the gutters at height without needing to be up and down a ladder, and;2) to jetspray off mildew and dirt higher on the house;For the first purpose it was fine no complaints. For the second purpose it is woefully inadequate. As has been said in another review already -- which I hadn't seen when buying -- this effectively is no better than your hose when attached to a jet stray head and in no way comparable to the pressure cleaning you get from the machine as standard.

Worked well for while then ran into an issue where I am unable to unscrew part of the lance to tidy away when finished a job. Anyone have similar issue? Have applied WD40 around affected area but no joy

Floppy at length but so is a fishing rod . Treat with care and you’ll have no worries. If you have a bungalow and want to keep your feet on the ground it is ideal . Anything higher at your own risk. Used it with the obligatory Nilfisk roof detergent to rapidly soak the build up of moss which after a couple of days turned brown and within a month had all fallen away (into the guttering so be prepared to clean them out and best to fit a guard over the down pipe) . 10L detergent did my roof . The adjustable nozzle is probably best up to 45 degrees otherwise you end up crushing the internal hose , but this good enough and will prevent you from flooding the loft by inadvertently spraying uphill and under the tiles. Health and Safety : unlike the guy in the picture on the detergent bottle in bare sleeves and T shirt , wear protective clothing , goggles and gloves and don’t spray on a windy day , otherwise enjoy!

Product is relatively simple to set up. . There were a few YouTube videos which show you how. It has good reach and I could apply moss killer up to the ridge on our bungalow. You do need direct vision of the roof so I did use a step ladder when doing the side sections of the roof. I was unable to source Nilfisk’s own roof detergent in the uk . I there used ‘Wet and Forget’. The detergent concentration can be adjusted up to 16%.

Basically useless for what I wanted. I assumed I would be able to clean at extended height in the same way my Nilfisk washer works on the patio, i.e. good pressure and with the right jet, a reasonable area being covered. When using the lance this turned out to be a needle like jet at what seemed to be not much better than one might have got from a very fine jet on a garden hose straight form the tap. You should note the jet fittings are not interchangeable with the ones on the ordinary lance of the Nilfisk. It was just about impossible to clean any sort of area. It took ages to get a refund many phone calls and emails,and upon returning it, a whole day waiting in for a courier to pick it up as too big to post and no local outlets for me to return it to. Not a great experience!

Pressure is really disappointing, the whole thing feels flimsy for a supposed quality nilfix product.

Excellent tool, so strong, bought the nilfisk jetwasher too from Amazon. I recommend this tool if you have a conservatory roof that needs cleaning. Nilfisk brand is the best and goes on forever.
