Not what i expected

Works for hyperextension also
So far so good. I have a couple of fingers that hyperextend at the middle knuckle. I am a saxophone player, and this sometimes causes those fingers to lock up. I bought these to try. I found the ones that correctly fit these 2 fingers, and I wear them with the single side under the knuckle. This prevents my finger from 100% straightening, and consequently they don't lock up anymore. The same fingers occasionally lock when I play guitar, and these will work for that also. Very happy to have found a cheap and effective solution!

Helped “trigger finger” pain
Was told by doc to get a splint for my sore finger (trigger finger) - found this after looking around- perfect. You can still bend but “brace” holds finger so it’s supported - it’s comfortable and easy to slip on and off if needed

Great product!
These are the best!! I had a "triger finger" for a long time. It would hurt so bad when it would lock up. Which was often do to my job. I wore this for a month straight. Fit nicely in my work gloves. The fact that it is plastic is a game changer. You can still wash your hands and shower without having to change a sogy wrap. Needless to say my finger no longer locks up and hurts.

Finger splits
I have arthritis on my finger tips. Sometimes it’s unbearable to touch, bump or grip anything. These finger splints have changed my life. They protect the joints and prevent me from over using them which can causes pain. I am able to do every day things again with ease. It does take some adjusting to finding which size works best. I have two different sizes for two of my fingers depending on how swollen they are that day. I would suggest buying a a couple different sizes until you figure out what works best. I’ve tried the Velcro splint but to stinky and was too much work keeping them clean.

sized very very very large
used a ring sizer before ordering, these were waaay to big. also very slippery so they spun around on my thumb and did not prevent movement at all
