I spent a lot of time searching on Amazon for the best treadmill in this price range. I'm confident that this is it. It ticks off every box I searched for, e.g. auto incline, strong motor, wide running area, foldable, heart rate sensor, and more.I'm confident in my recommendation of this treadmill, you will not be disappointed.That being said, the device arrived damaged from transport, and the oil reservoirs were leaking. I received a replacement, but this was damaged during transport as well. These things can happen, but it is especially troublesome as moving such a heavy device is no easy task. Fortunately, the customer service is unmatched here on Amazon, and everything was handled quickly without any hickups. This gives me confidence in the company should anything happen with the treadmill in the future.PROS:- Great quality, everything is solid and responsive.- Pulse belt included (heart rate sensor, chest strap)- Easy to assemble, anyone can do it- Folds up by lifting up the running area. Very secure, yet easy to use. Folds down slowly.- A program for every type of running you need. Warm-up, 5K run, and much more.- Strongest motor in price range I could find.- Auto incline up to 15% - you can really feel a difference when running uphill.- The running belt feels durableCONS:- No pause-function.- The app is definitely serviceable for remote control, but everything I need is already on the console.- No music via bluetooth to the speakers. (I use headphones anyway)- Wheels don't really help much, moving the device is a 2 person job (but this applies to all treadmills and heavy equipment)Overall, this is a great product and and even great customer service.

Took a bit of time to arrive due to COVIDSellers were good at communication throughout the full orderOnce package arrived was in good state no damage to box and no damage to treadmillDid not take long to assemble very easy perhaps two people at 1st to help and make the job easy but overall very easy to assembleWith myself being in the UK I needed to the doctor to go to Euro plug please ensure you have a 13 amp fuse or higher because of the motor and side of the treadmillI would highly recommend this product a very good piece of German engineering looks 10 out of 10 style 10 out of 10 and communication from the seller is 10 out of 10Excellent value for money well worth it know my legs are killing me

It works well and the preprogrammed settings are good. Better still Bluetooth to your phone/tablet and watch a video of a run and the treadmill will automatically speed up and raise the gradient in time with the video. Only 4* as the audio on mine doesn't work.

I ordered mine a year ago and it broke within 9 months contacted seller no problem and they fixed itHowever now its been returned the belt seems continuously slip when im running and it feels like I am going to fall offSo now seller won't reply to my emails asking for a replacement item like I was originally promisedSo frustrating as the reviews were so good but the treadmill I received did not match up at allSo now I am left with a treadmill not fit for purpose and no response from the seller

Ordered it in April and was told it would arrive by the 10th June, then it was delayed but arrived on 19th June. I understand that things were delayed as a result of the COVID-19 which was to be expected.All I can say is wow it is awesome and well worth the wait!!So easy to put together and begin using.Well worth the money. I love it.

It’s easy to install and use but the quality doesn’t feel great. I was also disappointed as I thought it came with a lcd screen based on the pictures but I realise they just used an iPad like device. The screen is just red digital numbers.

The treadmill was delivered in THE MOST ENORMOUS LORRY which was unsuitable for our narrow lanes. The driver attempted delivery three times before managing delivery on the fourth attempt. The packaging was a little damaged during the shipping process and the machine arrived slightly damaged however, the seller was most attentive and, after replying to my several emails, sent me the spare part to repair the damage also a small refund. I am delighted with my treadmill and spend many happy hours on it listening to the radio, watching a film on my iPad, also getting the daylight I am missing (on dark days and during inclement weather) by using a full spectrum daylight lamp whilst walking. I have found that, not only is this exercise good on a physical level but on a mental level also.
